K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	RFE .. what fun	I noticed on your timeline you returned from Philippines Feb 20th and submitted your 129f on Feb 24th. you joined VJ on Feb 21st. it's unfortunate that you received an RFE, but maybe a lesson to be learned by others is to take time to review your packet before submitting to USCIS. your first post looks like your submitting the evidence asked for, which hopefully will have you back on the way to approval of your petition. one thing I've noticed on some your posts in some other threads. you tend to make an educated guess. maybe it would be better to stick to what you have knowledge of or have experienced. it would be more helpful to others.	sunandmoon	Male	Philippines	2011-06-25 17:14:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	RUDE USCIS agent	I actually didn't blame them about the answers cuz I do know that they are not the people handling our cases but at least they can give us a little inpput about it or at least being pleasant to people you know. When I gave him my case number I said 88 and when he clarified it he said 68 then i corrected him and he didn't admit it that he said 68 he was like, " I don't know what you hear Ma'am but I did say 88." I wasn't deaf . I don't know it was really unpleasant! thanks thou a tier 1 csr can give very limited information... My wife is a Filipina, but not claiming to be any type of expert on Philippine Social customs. I think this has to do with the Filipino Social Custom of saving face. face is the measure of one's self pride, integrity, character and good name. to me it seems that the ladies went into a defensive mode because of what they felt was public criticism, so they felt the need to "save face". many of us here have an SO's from a different culture. we learn to integrate the other's culture into our live's. hopefully we can all be tolerant to those who are, or will be transitioning to a new culture.	sunandmoon	Male	Philippines	2008-04-28 22:00:00

I never said to make that affidavit as their guide, i posted it saying thats how my affidavit looked like and they keep on telling me that my affidavit's contents were not correct. How can anyone here say that the contents were wrong, nor they are correct. If they find it wrong and then i was approved, then they have to call the attention of the USCIS to why a wrong content of an affidavit had been approved. Ok, I'll leave out what anyone else has posted and just focus between our posts. I understand you posted your affidavit as an example of what you submitted. I'm not saying you did anything wrong with what you submitted with your petiton. This case has been approved. On July 31, 2006, an approval notice was mailed...
