PhilippinesAPPLYING RELATIVES FOR TOURIST VISA TO ATTEND YOUR WEDDING
just to note.. each visa application will cost $131. I've seen some post their parents were able to get tourist visas, but it's not certain your parents will be able the do so. For the other relatives, it could be difficult.

Are you trying to get Tourist Visa from PI to USA for your Family Members?

If so, each would have to apply for a tourist visa. they all would have to prove significant ties to the Philippines. there is really nothing you can do. I will not say not to try, but it will probably be difficult for all of them to obtain tourist visas.

PhilippinesHELLO...
this can be a frustrating part of the process. your petition should be at NVC, but until the case number is assigned, you can not get any info about it's status. back when I was in the part of the process you are in now, I experienced many frustrating calls to NVC, being told they have no record of my petition. a K-1 is not entered into their system until a case number has been assigned. hang in there, hopefully you'll be receiving your case number soon good.gif

Vanz, you and relyn have the same case re-annulment.. her annulment was finalized just a few months before they filed for I-129F petition... i'm wondering why she didn't encounter the same glitch, did you ask her if she brought letter of intent with her during interview?... hayy, it's probably the nosy pre-screener's fault.

was the prior marriage disclosed on the I-129f? If not, that would be a reason why a notarized letter required from the petitioner.

? If you have one or more children not listed on the visa petition, or a current pregnancy, or a prior undisclosed marriage even if the marriage has now been terminated, or are currently afflicted with a contagious or communicable disease of public health significance, you must be prepared to present a notarized letter from the petitioner stating he/she is aware of the discrepancies between the facts stated on the petition and your actual personal circumstances, and still wishes to proceed with the proposed marriage.

then I, like the others wonder, what the reasoning is behind the notarized letter. sorry this is something you had to experience and hopefully it will not cause you too long of a delay.

LOL! Have you considered getting Spot convex mirrors for your car to help on the blindspots? Also, there are rearview mirrors that are alot wider and are convexed on each end to help with blindspots too. My truck has the spot mirrors on my outside mirrors.....

I saw one applicant submitted 3 DS 157 (2 sheets printed online and 1 blank with bank validation). The guy inside the booth accepted the 3 DS 157. There are 2 people inside the booth who are assigned to get the DS Forms and to give the applicant his/her priority number.

Just to be on the safe side, have the blank DS 157 filled up 'coz I also saw several applicants being told by the lady inside the booth to come back on the line after completely filling up the blank DS 157 and had to return to the line several times 'coz that lady had sharp eyes (like an eagle).

Good luck. . smile.gif

3 DS-157??? what? i thought the embassy is asking for 2 - as stated on this website : http://manila.usemba...ov/wwwfk1en.pdf

and on my understanding, il have to just submit 1 filled on the net DS 157 and another 1 "validated" DS 157 with hand written answers, THAT 2 FORMS

ano ba talaga? wacko.gif

you are correct, only 2 DS-157's are required to be submitted. what you quoted was not saying you need to submit 3 copies. the point being made was to fill out the blank bank validated DS-157.

Ok,

This thread http://www.visajourn...h...=97497&st=0
talks about how the Manila US Embassy has some kind of issue when folks need Co=Sponsors!

This stuff got people freaked out and it needs to end!

Apparently some1 in the past had a virtual (VIRTUAL!!) interview at Davao and the Consul did not accept the Co-Sponsorship for whatever reason.

Now, I dont know the details about this so SOMEBODY PLEASE speak on this.

I think what you are referring to was a chat session. I did not see where a CO say cosponsors will not be accepted. I did find this;

USER Asked: jogie: Good Day My fiancé’s income did not meet the required income, so is it ok if we will use a co-sponsor? It will be his parents though.

CONSUL: We normally do not require co-sponsors. But it really depends on the interview, if the consular officer concludes that your fiancé will not become a public charge then your petitioner’s inability to present sufficient income will not be grounds for refusals.

The first thing I noticed and enjoyed was the ketsup and napkins, you can get as many as you want specially in the fast food restaurants unlike in the philippines you will ask and they will just give you one or two pcs additional and i guess you need to beg for it. same as the plastic bags in the grocery you can request to double or ask more. The malls has no security guards that will always check your bag every time you enter the building. 24 hrs airconditioned at home during summer. You can eat breakfast meals even lunch or dinner.

yap, you ask for a napkin and thats what you get, a (one)napkin.
