My sister just graduated university and left the house she was sharing last week. She was hoping to get back her deposit as she and a couple of the other girls she was sharing with had made an effort to leave it clean and tidy. Unfortunately one of her male housemates decided that on the last day he was going to smash windows and generally leave a mess everywhere for 'fun'. Well, there went my sister's and all her other housemates' deposit. I hope that somehow she manages to get money back off him but I have a feeling it's going to be hard to track him down... Rachel, you're not the only giant - 172,5 cm.....but not idea in other metrics! Let us know what your parents will tell you! It might be the best way to spend some time with them. About your sister' deposit, it sucks!!! I would be so so mad at that guy! He should be the only one hold as responsible! It is just crazy to see the different prices depending if you're leaving in August or September. My wedding is on early september, so I will fly out on August anyways. Rachel, I think you should just ask them. They know into what situation you're into, and they are your parents, so I think they would be happy to help you out on your last months in England. I hope I made myself clear. I just woke up, so.... By the way, I went pick up my dress yesterday, and it look great!!! It fits me perfectly!! now the trick is to do not take any weight between now and the beginning of September! Oh! and Blake, I don't know if i missed that, but do you have an interview date yet? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Fourth time at embassy	My guess would be that the Embassy is not concerned with your female roommate, but is concerned with the male receiving his mail at your address, because... they think he's your boyfriend. They may suspect that since (1) you are poor enough to want a roomate (2) there is a guy probably living there... may be you have a boyfriend and you two are making money off the K-1 visa applicant.
