K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	noa1 transfers	I sent my Visa packet to the Dallas tx lock box thinking it would be transferred to the Vermont Service Center.  My NOA1 doesn't mention of it being sent anywhere for processing.  USCIS states that my application has been approved and is currently being processed.  I have looked at other timelines on here and I see where others visas have been sent to Texas from Vermont for processing.  My NOA1 says its from the Texas Service Center.  So I am going to assume that it's still there being processed.	crystalandrhonda	Not Telling	Barbados	2014-01-12 09:40:00

Hopefully your application will be adjudicated swiftly.   We already prepared all the documents for the application, all that's missing is the marriage certificate and a few pictures of the wedding. We will be getting married in two weeks. We live in a non equality state, so we have to travel to get married. Application (I-130 concurrent filing) will be mailed a few days after the marriage.   I can't tell you how happy we are for everyone who has been in this situation. We couldn't believe it at first wen we heard that DOMA was gone. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Moved Office?	Good morning all.   So I woke up this morning to a text about my case. It stated that my case was updated and to check www.uscis.gov. So when I went to see my case I receieved this :   On August 6, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.   I filed in the beginning of July and it was sent to the Vermont Office. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 Question	Hi everyone. So I'm filling out the I-134 Affidavit of Support and am very confused. On question 11 it states: I [ intend ] or [ do not intend to make specific contributions to support of the person named (my fiance)]. I don't fully understand what I should do. It says if I check [intend] then to indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions but we are getting married so I'm not totally sure what they want. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1 Visa : Question for the DS-230 form	Hi everyone,   I got the packet 3 from the Paris Embassy and I have troubles filling the DS-230 Part I form.   Question 33: List all educationals institutions attended   I attented university for a few months (2 or 3 months if I remember...) but had to leave before the end of the school year so I didn't have a degree at the end (and then no proof I actually did it) Should I put it anyway? If yes what should I put for the degree since I don't have it?   Do we have to put Middle and Elementary schools too? And then put N/A for "course and study" and "diploma/degree"?   Thank you! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Help filling form DS-160	Hello everyone,   I have trouble filling the new DS-160 form online...   In the "previous US Travel Information" part, the last question is : Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?   So I suppose I need to say "Yes" and say my fiancée did (I'm applying for a K-1 visa) it's probably a stupid question but I just want to be sure, I have a weird feeling about this question.   Just after, in the "US Point Of Contact" part, they ask for my contact in the US, it's my fiancée. Then they ask her relationship to me but I can't see "FIANCEE" anywhere. What should I put then? RELATIVE or US PETITIONER or OTHER ?   And I can't write my "place of birth" at the very beginning of the form! The name of the city is just too long, they don't let me write everything... It's so easy when you have this checklist!!   Well, then you seem not to read my question carefully. I have the checklist and my question had nothing to do with it   The instructions for form I-134 ask for evidence in duplicate! Obviously you didn't look at it... One is enough!   Did you send Tax return and W-2 for 2012 only, or also 2013, 2011, 2010?     Two times because the instructions say that you have to send it in "duplicate"... Do you wear earrings on your passport picture?... I read that some people had to take new photos because of earrings but the photo requirements do not say that earrings are not allowed, so I am confused... Rather not sure if I should take new ones to make sure, or maybe they will accept it?   3. I was paying the Application Fee (MRV FEE) online and you have to give them also your address where you live.... When you print out the confirmation (Transaktionsbestätigung) it is written besides a barcode also your adress where you live, so that's what I used as address where they can deliever my passport then. Yeah I will write when I get the packet 4 did you already got packet3??? Good luck to you too   Thank you sooo much ))   No, I haven't received it yet. When filling out DS 160, what case number did you put it where it asks for Application Receipt/Petition Number? The following is provided as help:   Help: Application Receipt/Petition Number Your application receipt/petition number was given to you by the Department of Homeland Security?s United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you filed your petition application at a USCIS Service Center. The application receipt/petition number is 13 characters long and the first three characters are letters.     Oh, and can you tell me how to get the registration confirmation page that is asked for here?   "11. Document Delivery Address (for the return envelope): Once you have been scheduled for an interview appointment, you must provide an address where you want your visa package to be delivered after issuance. Our office uses the online services of our Visa Service Provider. Please visit ustraveldocs.com to register. In the profile (see Step 10), enter the mailing address. You should specify your document delivery address prior to your interview. You will need your Immigrant Case Number to enter your document delivery address. He makes $520 weekly on average (that is what his letter from employer says). How should he fill out "I derive an annual income of" in question 7 on the form?
