YAY!!!   And Davesings is apparently right, as we did receive ours around 2.30AM local time, which is 9.30AM Eastern.   We're at TSC, so we hope it'll be moving faster from here. We already have all documents ready, there's not much else to do than wait for NOA2 hardcopy, NVC for case #, and US Consulate for scheduling of interview! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Same Sex K-1 I-129F Filed	Congrats all!  For those of us tracking this, it might be helpful for K-1s to indicate whether or not you live in a state that recognizes same-sex marriage.  The ones I have seen be approved with no RFE are from states with SS-marriage.  i have seen RFEs for people from non-SS states. Very interesting. I hope I'll be among those breaking that pattern as we reside in FL! If non-SS-marriage state, what did you put for your plans to marry in a different state?  TIA! My partner and I are in that situation. In addition to the usual soundbite for the "Letter of Intent", we both simply added at the end of the letter that the wedding will be performed in the state of Massachusetts, which currently allows same-sex marriages, regardless of where one resides within the United States. That will again be updated in a week or 2 once the local embassy receives your physical file and enters it in their system.   Hope this helps... That's very interesting! Weird... Is it that one still in Cincinnati? Anyway, if it left on the 18th as you stated, there's no way it can possibly be already in Serbia. The package I'm talking was given to DHL yesterday. I have spent about half hour playing with the DHL website. Just a word of advice for those trying to get their "Waybill #": make sure you select the "Shipment Destination", as not doing so may prevent you from locating your package. That's exactly what I did, I tried first locating ALL shipments and I could NOT see one shipped to Italy, after 5 minutes of playing with the system, I went back and selected Italy from the menu, and guess what, it worked!!! Just to make sure my theory was correct, I went back and tried with ALL shipments, and once again, couldn't locate mine.
