Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Does the A# need to be written on	Naah No need for tabs (probably mini sticky notes). You can write the #s etc on the bottom of the documents on the same sheet. For example I sent my Mom's Marriage Certificate as requested on a seperate petition and the photo copy has no room at the bottom SO i wrote the case # on the Side of the paper where there's always a white part when a photo copy if made or paper gets printed. Following is the list 1. DS-230 Part1 (Signed) and Part 2 (Not signed) 2. 2 Pictures of 2X2 size(write case number behind picture) 3. Passport bio-graphic page(Copy) 4. Birth Certificate (Original) 5. Marriage Certificate(Original) 6. PCC from District Police Station(Original) 7. PCC from Passport Office(Original) Write case number on each page of documents. Put barcode page (page sent by NVC) on top of all this. NVC operator told me that I will get all original documents at the time of interview at Bombay, India And he also told me that we don’t need to resubmit all this document again to embassy or VFS (VFs is Accepting all the documents on behalf of embassy before interview) So after sending DS-230 to NVC we just need to wait for interview latter. And complete Medical. And go for interview……that’s a procedure right now for CR/IR category Please update this if I put something wrong in this talk I sent the documents without writing the case number in each page I called NVC the operator told me is OK, they do that in case they misplace the documents. Mexico, Latin & South America	Hello I'm new.	Hello Forum, I'm new here. I introduced myself in the General Introductory Section and someone kindly directed me to post here. Well I'm a female, Jamaican. I just became a citizen June 14th of this year. I am married, my husband lives in Jamaica. He doesn't have a visa. I just completed the I-130 application and will mail it off tomorrow ( Monday). I am also going to file for the K-3 visa. I really hope that I get a receipt letter before the fee's increase. As mention in the other forum I found all my answers to unanswered question prior to filling out the application. This is a great site. Very informative. I have a question. This is my first question. I wasn't sure if I could use a PO Box on the application as an address. So I used my physical address. Unlike the application for Naturalization, they had a mailing address section. Is it possible that I can contact the service center to update my add to my PO Box? And if so should I wait until I receive an receipt letter of the application, which sounds more logical or can I call before hand and let them know? Any advice would be appreciated. It is the passport size photos; from what I see on the form she needs 4 for the medical and at least 1 more for the interview. My husband took 12 to be on the safe side . I use to call once a week from the time it was approved on April 15, but then I found out they only schedule interviews the 2nd week of each month. By the time its changed your case is probably well on its way to Kingston. All Kingston interviews are assigned throughout the month. For whatever reason they dont seem to follow that 2nd week thing...go figure. Many Yardies have bee getting dates throught the month so its a ####### shoot to figure when they will actually assign it. I do know that there are still dates open in August and there have not been as many deliveries from NVC to the embassy in the last month or so, so thats good to hear. Hello my fellow VJ’ers, Well the time is here again, the second week of the month – Hotting up our heads again awaiting to see if this time around, for those with approvals in April will be granted an interview date. So far I haven’t spoken with a representative, I just listen to the automative service and it still hasn’t changed – Stating my case was approve April 15th. My question is this, before we get an interview date, shouldn’t the system state that our case has been forwarded to the Kingston embassy? And since we’re approaching the middle of the 2nd week and I have not heard this, is it still possible that I will get an interview date? Or it’s when we get an interview date, it’s updated? I don’t know the procedure, just going by what a friend of mines told me. I don’t quite remember when her case was approved but she did tell me shortly after the 8 wks was up, she checked the automative system and it said that her case was forward to the Kingston Embassy. She said she didn’t talk to any representative. Then she said about 3 to 4 days after that the system provided her with an interview date. So could someone please clarify, those who have their dates/already finish this process, to us who are waiting an interview date. Did the system first provide you with the info of your case being sent to the Kingston Embassy first before getting an interview date? I’m scared right now to call and even ask them that question. However, many still follow the traditional way of taking the husbands lastname. I decided to hyphenate both of our lastnames. It's LONG, but I myself dont want to just drop it. I'm so happy all went well for you and Hubby to be on the interview. When I read it, I was shock how the interview Lady was so disrespectful. But you stood up to them and triumph. You're good, lol.
