I been away for long time from VisaJourney, because I been so depress with all this waiting time and after bothering my Congressman Mel Martinez, finally the secretary told me they got you case and they are reviewing all documents, soon you will got the approval, and guess what!!!. take 2 days for me to got it. I am so happy I allready have my NVC case number, and is something I don't understand what is diference between CR-1 and R-1 (lost ) and what will come next ? oh I forgot my I-129 was also approved now more lost but so happyyyyyyyyyyy!!! They are required to give him a notice if they don't issue the visa. If he didn't recieve anything it may be a wedge that your respresentive can use to get the case held at the embassy. If he was handed anything have him fax you a copy. Also have him write a transcript of what happen during the interview while his mind is still fresh. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	WHY IS VERMONT TAKING 7 + months and california approving in 2 months?	I am the petitioner and the processing time for me was 7 months to the day. It is very frustrating and my fiance was going crazy, but that's wasn't my fault and once just has to hang in there, be 200% patient. When the relationship is genuine there's nothing to worry about. BTW, she's got her package and we started gathering the paperwork. Hopefully the interview will happen for her by the end of June in Warsaw, Poland. Good luck people! Today, my Hubby received a call from them stating his date has been rescheduled for Oct 24th @ 7:30a instead of Oct 21st. They also asked him if he received his packet, he said no, so they said it should be mailed out by next week. Just would like to share, I know you're both planning on going JA. Or will the benecificay get another letter? I think what I receive is all the information needed. It also includes the Vaccination Requirements and a Checklist of what Docs NVC have received and the status. I thought that actually gave them more opportunity to drill you more. It's not like they can ask a lot of questions especially if the person never lived with you before. So if one person is there telling how you met and such what do they have to justify that? Basically they have to go with what that person says.
