Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 December 2010 Filers	For those who have still not received their Biometrics appointment I suggest you call USCIS. I did today only to find that the appointment letter was mailed the same day as my NOA1 and I never received it (christmas mail problem maybe). My Bio appt was apparently in January and I have missed it. They are now mailing me another one. Be proactive and be sure to contact USCIS when things don't seem right, which for me in this case was seeing I was still one of the few without an appointmrnt date. Wish I had done it a few weeks ago. This problem goes to show the value of threads like these. I did call them this afternoon. A service request was sent to CSC. It is on a ground floor with a huge windows... No single soul except a security woman at the door. All seats in waiting area were empty... As soon as I get my letter I am going to do walk in. I sent out my I-751 on 12/8/10 and recieved the NOA 1 on 12/16/10. Rec biometrics letter on 13/22/10 it was dated 12/17/10. Will gladly grant you your wish and add to the list. Somehow I cannot do it, I get a message that the case does not exist. 3. Should I wait for the Biometrics appt letter to be able to check the case on line? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I'm going to go postal on the USCIS people.	From your case you should have transferred. I would try to make noise about this as much as I can. Although this doesnt help my situation since I am CSC filer in July but I would rather have you approved ahead of me i CSC. Good luck. I would try as well to do some inquires. It is a very long wait.. I was ready to wait the 6 months like USCIS web site states. However I-130 received in Chicago on 7/25/08 and on 8/27/08 got email from CRIS about petition been approved by CSC. I cross my fingers for you.. USCIS Service Centers	Something about CRIS	for those like me who worry about cases not showing on-line. This is from today's annual report USCIS submitted to Congress (page 16): "USCIS agrees that all of the agency’s systems used by customer service personnel to provide information to the public should be consistent and accurate. USCIS recently discovered a data interface problem between the CLAIMS systems and the Customer Relationship Information System (CRIS), which maintains the software applications currently used by customer service personnel. USCIS IT personnel have already started working to correct the interface problems. The agency will implement a complete rewrite of those interfaces by the end of this calendar year. USCIS recognizes that CRIS needs modernization. At present, the system is housed in the Department of Justice (DOJ) Data Center on legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) hardware. ICSD and OIT have initiated a project that will move CRIS onto a USCIS-controlled environment by the end of October 2008. Safe travels! for now it is only my daughter going on Dec 15th. And I am amazed Heatrow Express from LHR to Paddington GBP 15.90 kinda expensive comparing to rail ticket from London Kings Cross to Aberdeen GBP 17.00 including trip insurance. United Kingdom	Question for people from London	How can I get from LHR to King's Cross Station ??? How long it takes ... half day or more? I mean by public transportation. Arriving to LHR need to catch a train to up north. I could get a rental car but I must admit I am affraid of driving on the "correct" side of the road Thanks in advance everyone... No more than 40 miles round trip either by train on via expressway. Take a train no need to park and costs you about 4.50 both ways. Depends if you need to transfer But you are right. In New Hampshire they have beautiful oath ceremony in Portsmouth's Strawberry Banke museum and it never crossed my mind to go there for oath just because it's great. Had it in Chicago like everyone else from metro area. Well... I thought about the move... Nice place to live comparing to Chicagoland. Some hills and more. However that seems to be extreme solution. Rushmore, SD where small group of future citizens had an oath ceremony under the watchful eyes of four presidents. The naturalization ceremony in this surrounding was just amazing! I would give a lot to be able to have my there. I just love this place.... it gives me a special perception.
