K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Assembly of I-129F documentation	All I did was put everything in order and use a big clip to clip it all together and then put it in the envelope, you don't want to make it too complicated for them to understand....this is the USCIS we are talking about....lol, no really, some people label things, put everything in a folder, use fasteners, etc... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Copies of documents to start K-1 petition	I made photocopies, but I guess when you scan them and print them they pretty much look like photocopies, and on some scanners there is a photocopy feature, isn't there? I waited longer than average time for my NOA2, I remember nearly feeling sick with worry over it - I did call and email and then it arrived 2 days later - so sometimes when you enquire it can speed things up a little. I checked the timelines again today and it seems like everyone around me is getting their noa2s!!!!! from csc too!!! what the hell is going on?? I don't understand why our noa1 hasn't even been looked at in almost 95 days!!!!! I tell you I'm about to blow a gasket I'm so frustrated and mad. I don't get it!!!! It hurts that they can just screw around when people are waiting to be with their loved ones. I just needed to vent that. I don't know whether its because I was denied twice at the border and I've got a name hit or what? Is there any way I can contact CSC?? DO they have an email where they can be reached?? I need to call attention to this somehow cuz I'm just not going to sit back and wait wait and wait. I mean geez, someone in Feb with an NOA1 already has their NOA2. I'm going crazy!!!! My NOA1 date was 1/23 and I keep praying everyday that something will be in the email or mailbox, but nothing, yet we see others getting approved everyday that have NOA1 well after ours. It is very hard, we are very happy for them because we know they have been waiting just like us, but we have been waiting too and it like they just skipped over our files or something. I know how you feel. I am getting more and more frustrated day by day. I say we at least email the CSC, it cant hurt anything. It may not accomplish much, but at least we are doing something. csc-xii485@dhs.gov This is the only email address I have for them I hope it is the correct one. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Worried	I am a new member. I enjoy the forum for all the information it provides. I sent my I129F on Jan. 23rd. It was received by Calif.Ctr. on Jan.24th. NOA1 is dated Jan.27th. Have not been TOUCHED or have received NOA2 sofar, while others of much earlier date have their NOA2s. and hence I the worry! I am a naturalised U.S. citizen. My fiancee an Indian citizen, has worked in Dubai, U.A.E. for many years, has two children, son 16yrs old and a daughter who will turn 21 in Sept '06, both are included in I129F. Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. will be her consulate of interview. I have visited my fiancee twice during the last nine months. I am wondering her presence in Dubai or that I have included her children in my I129F are the red flags!! Gnar I know what you are going through, My NOA1 was 1/23 and I am a US Citizen with really no special conditions with my case, so I don't think it has anything to do with you being naturalized, I could be wrong, but there are a lot of others that have not rec'd theirs yet either from early to late January and even from November and December. So, all we can do is wait and hope and pray that something will come soon, I just sent an email to the CSC, I finally figured out the right email, I think. You might try sending them an email to check the status, csc-xii.485@dhs.gov, this is the email I sent it to, hopefully it is the right one. I made a mistake sending it the first time, left out the dot before the 485. Just make the email really nice, that is what I did , can't hurt anything. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE	I'm sorry you got an RFE but at least you know that your case is in progress, what was the RFE for, if you dont mind me asking? It was for better evidence of meeting in person in the last two years. I sent all kinds of information about all the different times I'd been to England and the fact that I was in school in Scotland from Oct. 2003 - Oct. 2004 (which I'm pretty sure is not more than two years ago), but they wanted other proof. So I copied pages out of my passport, printed off an itinerary (from Orbitz -- do you think this will count as an "itinerary on travel agency letter head"), printed a bank statement with payments that were made in England and with the dates. I hope this is enough, you think? These things should help, but it would be good if you also had pictures of yourselves together dated, boarding passes or ticket stubs, receipts from hotels or places that you went together while you were there, etc....	snz1802	Female	South Korea	2006-04-27 00:33:00
