K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Cheque finally cleared! Im confused	Hello Guys, Our check finally cleared. Is the check supposed to clear before i recieved NOA1? Is that right. I thought i remembered reading somewhere that NOA1 is recieved and then the check is cleared. Can someone clarify. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	reapplying for K1 visa again	I am in the process of petitioning for the same person a second time, but he never got to the USA the first time.....we stopped the process after the NOA2 due to other reasons, but you can petition for the same person another time, as long as they left the USA within the 90 day period. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K1 Visa or ?	The I-129F is to bring your fiance to the United States to get married. If you get married first, you will not be able to file for an I-129F. If you get married here, your fiance would have to go back to her country and you would need to file the 1-130 to bring her back as your wife. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I think there are other options such as AOS, once you marry here, but you have to be careful about that, and I am not well versed on that. Other members here will be able to give you more information on this matter. Hi, I was just looking for a bit of advice. I have been living in the US (Kentucky) with my Fiance since 2nd March. We have been gathering information from then till now. we plan to marry in late may. The main question that concerns me is , is it best to get married and fill out another form other then the I-129F or will i have time and fill out the I-129F. I am a little worried that i have waited to long to send an I-129F as i only have 4 weeks till i get married...?? Any help would be great.... My NOA1 was on 1/23, and I have started seeing people getting approved that had NOA1's after that and it was starting to make me a little nervous, so now I feel a little better. I lived in London for a year when i was 19 so i think i'll have to ask for a police report there once we send and (hopefully) get our K1 visa aproved. Can I ask you where did he aply for this? I currently live in Holland, so I'd apreciate a site or phone where these certificates have to be requested. thanx! Anna Hi Anna Yes, he needed this because he lived in London prior to moving to South Korea. There is a website that he got all of the information from, it is www.met.police.uk. He downloaded a pdf form from this site and filled it out, sent notarized copies of his passport and Driver's license proving who he was, a notarized letter stating what his current address was, and a draft in the amount of 10 pounds. He is all nervous about this process too and wants to make sure everything is just right. Does anyone know what the official police report from London looks like? He said his has blue authentication lines on it and it shows whether or not he has ever been prosecuted or arrested on it. Thankfully he has not. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Good news sorta, mine hasn't been approved yet and my noa1 was jan 26. why am i not getting it? its so discouraging and i cry alot over it. its getting to the point where i dont even wanna check anymore and come here cuz its just so depressing to see everyone else get their noa2 while im still waiting. mind you its great others are getting theirs, it just feels like a dagger in my heart sometimes though. i know its been said not to compare cases but i just don't know what is going on. blah. i hope the approval isn't long off cuz im really stressing and my body is paying for it. I know exactly how you feel, I feel the same way, my NOA1 was 1/23....so you are not alone. I am starting to wonder why I am not getting mine either if their processing dates are now into February. I even went so far as to make sure they had my apartment number right! LOL Take care and the race is on...who will get the noa1 first?? Deb & Justin Did you look at the back of your check to see if the case # was on there, they usually put the case number on the back of the check when they cash it.
