K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	March NOA1 date, but no RFE yet.	I've noticed a lot of TSC and NSC transfers from March and early April haven't gotten their RFE's yet, while late April and May NOA'ers have. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	email message from CSC - re RFE reciept...	hi monica. i live in southern california in Orange county, same county as where the USCIS CSC office is located so i did not do priority mail, fed ex or ups. I figured that if i used USPS, it would take one day for them to deliver it. and thankfully they did. However here are instructions as to what address you would send your RFE forms to: If mailed back through regular mail USPS the address is: US citizenship and immigration services California Service Center PO box 10590 Laguna Niguel, CA 92607 And if mailed through over night (Fed-ex, UPS, etc) then the address is: US citizenship and immigration services California Service Center 24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Rm 2312 Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 Just wondering where you got the physical address from. I've not seen a different address for overnight forms on any paperwork. We sent ours USPS Express Mail to the PO Box and it got there fine the first time, no problems expected this time. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	visit to the UK???	I went over at the end of May, and said I was visiting my fiance. They didn't say anything. I had my NOA1 with me, because I was going to give that to my fiance for him to have when he came over to visit me the next month. Turns out he didn't have to use it or have a letter from employer. I don't think it matters where you are staying abroad, as long as you are a United States Citizen, with a United States residence, you should be able to apply for the K1, you will have to return the states however , once it is approved to be married, and AOS. As for your grandparents being your co-sponsor, I don't think it matters that they live in a different state than you either. Someone correct me if I am wrong????
