K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2 Now What?	The USC has to send all originals of the copies to the beneficiary that were sent to the service center in the beginning. You need a complete duplicate copy of the I-129F, The 134, affidavit of support needs to be done and notarized by the USC and sent to the beneficiary with documentation. You will need a copy of the NOA2, once the beneficiary get packet three, the medicals need to be done as well as police certificates need to be gotten from everywhere the beneficiary has lived for one year or more since the age of 16. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Worried about K1	I agree, there should be no reason for her to be denied for Bipolar disorder as long as she is taking her medication as prescribed and sees her psychiatrist on a regular basis. People lead normal lives every day that have this disorder, me being one of them, as long as they do what they are supposed to do. Just make sure she brings all of her documentation from her psychiatrist stating she is compliant with his/her recommendations, takes her meds, and has no history of violence towards herself or others and there really should be no problem that I can see. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Very stressed! What should I do?	Hi guys, so, it has been over four months (NOA1: Jan 4th, 2006) since I submitted the I 129F application. I have called and emailed the CSC and they have told me that my case is undergoing security checks. It is already May, my case is still at the CSC and I am supposed to get married in December. How is this going to work out? I am very distressed because I don't seem to know what they are doing. I emailed both my senators, congressmen etc. last week but, I haven't heard any thing from them either. What else can I do? Should I hire a lawyer? My case has been touched four times but I don't know whether it is due to me sending them emails or what! Please help, I am very scared that the wedding won't take place in time. Anyone else in my situation where it is taking ages for a NOA2? Thanks in advance for any comments posted as replies. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I HATE WAITING	I'm still waiting from late Januray. So .....110 days and still no noa2. I'm pissed off and stressed to the max. I just emailed them again today and they told me to email back in 45 days if I haven't heard anything. Are you kidding me? I've seen someone with an noa1 from freaking feb 27 get their noa2 through csc already. its bullshit is what it is. I feel like I'm loosing my mind. I try to get positive and stay positive but it just is hard when you keep waiting week after week with no explanation whatsoever. I'm pissed off!!!! Probably would have been easier to get my fiance to come to me in Canada. OMG I have seen 3 people now with an noa1 from effing first week of march get their noa2's from csc. what the BLEEPin hell is going on here? I swear by the time this ###### is over with it'll be too late cuz I'll be dead from stress. Calidreamer, You and I seem to be in the exact same shoes...110 days for me too.....I am so frustrated with this process too, seeing everyone else getting their NOA2, some that applied well into March. It is really not right, or fair. I contacted my congresswoman today, since i am now within processing times, and almost at 120 days..I figured I would get her working on the case. I have not heard back from her as of yet, but I sent her a detailed email, including the emails I rec'd from CSC, as well as sending her a letter to her office with my written authorization to contact the CSC on my behalf. This may be a good idea for you to do as well, go ahead and start contacting your congressperson now, so they can get started inquiring about your case. Maybe they can get somewhere we cannot.
