K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE notice---A BIG let down	We received THREE quick "touches" and then today an Email notice that a RFE has been sent via mail. Now I have to wait and see what in the world went wrong. We were sure hoping for good news and then this pops up. On the good side,,,,at least our file is now open and active. I will express mail back whatever they are asking for and hope for the best. My son is not going with me because he's not under my custody.. PLs help me... Thanks all and May God Bless Us All... I could be wrong, but I believe the sponsor only has to account for the people he/she is bringing into the country, so I think your fiance' would just put you down. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	How to send the K-1 packet	We stacked it all neat and tidy and then put a big fat ACCO clip on it all. Put it inside a letter size envelope and then stuffed it inside the USPS Priority Mail Flate Rate envelope. I'm now over the avg waiting time of 102 days. What is going on? I am with you Calidreamer, I am sighing too, I thought for sure we both were going to get approved this week, and nothing, not even anymore touches,,what a let down, I am totally down about this now. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2 Now What?	The USC has to send all originals of the copies to the beneficiary that were sent to the service center in the beginning. You need a complete duplicate copy of the I-129F, The 134, affidavit of support needs to be done and notarized by the USC and sent to the beneficiary with documentation. You will need a copy of the NOA2, once the beneficiary get packet three, the medicals need to be done as well as police certificates need to be gotten from everywhere the beneficiary has lived for one year or more since the age of 16.
