K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Check cashed	I Mail my 129F out on nov 22 and Check my online bank acc Today and they cash my check and got my wac# off the back it was cashed on 12/1. I Check online and it said Nov 30th they receive 129F and it was pending and mailed me a notice. I mail my 129f to Texas and the online report said its in Califonia service center. . I also see in your timeline you got approval before your check was cashed. I through you had to get the number on the back of the check to see your account. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	electronic notification of NOA1	I did not get a email on my NOA1 I sent my 129F in on 11/22 and my check posted online 12/6 The bank web site said they receive it on 12/4. I got the case number off the back of the check online and went to the gov web site and found out they mail my NOA1 out and i receive that in the mail today 12/7 so it was 15 days since i mail out my 129F to Texas and receive my NOA1 in the mail, They also sent my packet to California from texas, I hope this info helps, Kyle	kyle100	Male	0	2006-12-07 21:33:00

My bank scans a copy of the check (front/back) online and I found my case number on that. I had already registered myself on their website so I put in the case number and voila! My case has been touched twice but I have never received a notification via email. Has this happened to anyone else? It's not a big deal but it'd be nice. The USCIS website says my petition was accepted on the 18th of Sept but my NOA1 that I received in the mail is dated the 19th, so I guess the 19th it is. Anyway, it was 8 days. Yours is coming... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Should I go with fiance' to interview?	Like it was said above - you have to find out the guidelines for your embassy. The embassy in Brasil allows the USC to attend, but it is not mandatory. I plan to go to support my fiance and because he does not speak English and I don't want him to fly alone and arrive here by himself. I was really worried because I even had the wrong PO Box #! But...my package was delivered the next Monday at 5:22 AMMMMM!! We all know that 17K is nothing. I wouldn't worry about it, but you could get a co-sponsor just in case. I sent my application with a PO Box that no longer exists - should have verified that first. Anyway, I needed to write K1 on the envelope because of this - and it did arrive. I'm sure you're fine! I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone while their case was waiting to be approved (I hope not) but if so...what did they do? Should I call USCIS? I know that her untimely death has nothing to do with his and my visa application but I wondered anyway... The information we put down about her, name, dob, place of birth, etc. is all correct and the address we wrote is her last address. I just wondered if I should call and tell them to make a note on our application. However, I don't want them to ask for a death certificate and have that put our process off even longer (I'm already sick of waiting - it's been 5 weeks). I don't know if my fiance has one yet and then we would have to have it translated. On the other hand, could I ask that my case be expedited because of this loss. My fiance needs me even more now... My visa center was also Texas and although the PO Box # I had was wrong my package was still delivered and then forwarded to California. My NOA1 was from CSC. I've been checking constantly since then because 9/19 and 9/20 my account was updated. Now I just clicked where it says "Last updated" and today's date came up. That is why I wanted to know if it means that my account was looked at today? If so...is there anyway for me to know if it was looked at before today? So I logged on and checked the box next to my receipt number. I then clicked last update and the date changed from 9/20 until today 10/30. does this mean that my account was updated today? could this have been updated before and I never noticed because I just checked to see if the date changed, I never clicked on anything? My date changed from 9/20 until 10/30 as soon as I did that- meaning I had a touch yesterday. I may have had one before but I don't know because I didn't click it until yesterday.
