Philippines	Work clearance	Hello VJers. This question is for ladies who had gone through this situation. I am in the government service. I have not decided yet if i will retire or just take a leave once my K1 petition and visa are granted. Philippines	nbi clearance	I just read this post today. And its too late for me. I went to NBI last week for an AKA with the corrected name in my birth and under my single name since I am already annulled. Philippines	RFE	The NSO copy of the marriage contract with the annotated annulment of marriage is the final document. The steps are as follows: Decision and then after 20 days from receipt of the Solicitor General and no appeal was made by that office, an Entry of Judgment will be issued by the Court. Then you will register the decision and entry of judgment to the LCR. The LCR will then endorse the said documents to the NSO. And you will get a copy of the endorsement to show to the court that the decision was already endorsed to the NSO. The Court will then issue a Decree of Annulment. Now keep that document with you. You will wait for 15 days for the NSO to input to their data base the decision and the entry of judgment. After 15 days, you can now request for a copy of your marriage contract with the annotated annulment or decision. You will wait for another 15 days to get your request. So the documents that you should have are the following: The decision, the entry of judgment, the Decree of Annulment and the annotated Marriage Contract. Philippines	Anybody have MAY medical & interview schedule?	hey guys! musta po kaung lahat? yung fiancee ko po dyan sa pinas nagwoworry about dun sa vaccine requirements... kelangan daw po ba lahat yun complete? kse ako po dati nung dumaan sa medical process ko (i was petitioned by my father in 2000) all i remember was they asked me all this questions about my medical history. (ex. kung nagka-mumps nako, nagka measles, chickenpox, etc.) and i still have a copy of my "Supplemental Form to OF-157" Visa Applicant's Documentation of Immunization from SLEC. parang list po cia ng Vaccines na binigay sakin dun sa medical exam ko. pro i'm not sure kung nagbibigay parin cla ng gantong form after ng exam kse march 2000 pa po eto e. I had 5 different vaccines given to me on that day. for Td, Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. Yung iba po naka-list sa "not appropriate age", "insufficient time interval" etc.. Yun lng po, cguro bahala na rin ang SLEC kung anong vaccine ang kailangan mo pra sa age mo. I'm not really sure pro gusto ko lng share ung na-experience ko sa medical exam ko sa SLEC. nga po pla....MAGHUHUBAD po sa harap ng doctor. pro alam nyo na cguro un.hehe. Philippines	POE is in Detriot, What do i have to expect?	Here's the map: McNamara Terminal Map (Detroit DTW) If you have a connecting flight I'm sure you'll find your next gate fast.Domestic flights for Northwest Airlines are located inside the McNamara terminal so you don't have to go outside. Just read the signs all around you and you'll be fine. And don't be afraid to ask someone for directions. You'll be surprise to see a lot of Filipinos in the terminal either waiting for their flight or arriving. After landing..you'll get in line for your POE Immigration, ask you some questions, process your forms and passport after that, you'll go to baggage claim. Get your stuff, follow the signs that says TO GATES...BLAH BLAH BLAH..Connecting Flights... You'll have to check-in your baggage again you'll see passengers lined up waiting for the check bag area, give them your stuff, they will open your luggage but you don't have to wait for them you just go ahead and find your next gate..maybe another security check after that you're free to roam around the terminal. Note: this is only from what I remember the last time I was in Detroit Airport coming back from Manila. Almost a year ago..but I don't know if these process have changed or maybe some new security measures have been added. My fiancee recieved a pink slip on May 21(her interview) but we are still waiting for the visa to arrive. She also txtd delbros for the status today, delbros replied after 5 minutes (MNL2008**** is not yet released to DELBROS. It is still in process at the Embassy. Thank you for using DELBROS text Hotline.) so DELBROS is waiting for the embassy to release the visa for delivery. i guess you can include us(Ricky&Chat) to the list. Interview date was May 21, 2008 Paid Doc Ver. Philippines	FLIGHT SCHEDULES List	i don't have a ticket or flight schedule for my fiancee yet, i'm still shopping around for a one-way great deal. well, i'm more concern about the wait time in between flights. her final destination here in the U.S. is florida and there is no direct flight here from manila so i expect 1 or 2 stops.im also concerned especially with the new policies on checked bags.. with northwest airlines, once in the U.S.(POE)if your wait time for your connecting flight is more than 8 hours, you'll have to pay for the 2nd bag because your flight will be converted as domestic flight. if anyone out here knows any travel agents/agencies in manila that accepts credit card payments from a U.S. bank please share it with us thanks guys and good luck and have a safe trip to all!	iKHiNG	Male	Philippines	2008-06-07 00:53:00
