offtopic45vn.gif "If it don't fit, you must acquit!" Does anybody know from which famous trial did those words become legendary? To the first one who gives the correct answer, I owe you something. smile.gif

  1. Your kitchen has a sticky film of grease over it.

Isn't that the truth. I had to buy a new microwave and need a new stove but am too cheap to buy it just to watch another greasy wave come over the top unsure.gif

Buy one of the flat top stoves,,, really cuts down on the grease and cleaning difficulty

HAHAHAHAAH...

it took me about 15 days so understand "anu" wasn’t her saying I know lol

And my wife does that all the time saying it is up to you lol,,, it drive me so insane I decided to turn the tables on her and start making her decide....

We were deciding one day where to go for dinner and she pulled that, “it is up to you” lol i said well I guess we will go hungry until you decide where we go.....ooooooohhhh that irritated her more lol

Last time she pulled that was right before I had to come back to the states…. I said we need a few other items for the apartment,,,,,and like usual she go “its up to you” so right before I got on the plane back to the states I gave her a credit card and said no now it is up to you……I though she was going to both cry and hit me at the same time lol.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresWhen should we abandon the I-129F?

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresI-130 approved
I have a question about this further, I am not in this boat but it strikes me as a possible issue to contend with.

The I130 does not include reciprocal children the I129 for a K3 does, If the I130 and the I129 come in near the same time and if the I129 is canceled by the I130, what happens to the children if you did not file an I130 for them

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresAm i allowed to go to the USA to visit my husband??
I tried in manila to get a tourist visa for my wife with the explicit intent to file for her k3 written on the visa, they denied her right off the bat, no other questions asked, they just stated that she can not have a tourist visa if i was applying for the k3

I don't know when you started your journey but I filed for the K1 in Nov 2007 and we are still apart with no permanent reunion in sight. My story is that the interviewing officer wanted details of my work which is classified so because he didn't know she returned the petition.

I would think a simple call from DOD to DOS and they would have fixed you up....
