If you were born in the US.. contact the county clerk where born and get a cert copy.. some states have records throughout the state.. so any local health dept in some states can provide the doc... .. best to get a few... If you were born in VN or another country... your naturalization papers could suffice, but we are talking about HCMC and things are not normal there... if at all possible, get a certified copy of your BC... and get it to her before the interview... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	The Second time?	You were denied the first go..no question about that.... Since they let the case age out rather than allow rebuttal you will need to file a new petition... This will involve doing everything over again... much of the evidence can be reused, but the forms need to be filled out again and since the medical is only good for six months and the police cert is good for 1 year... those will need to be done before the next interview.... Financial affidavits will have to be redone with current info... You will have to request a IRMBA waiver at the time you send the new petition..(its just the way it is since you filed last year and they have a IMBRA rule). along with that waiver will be documented evidence that the reason for denial was wrong.... They wont send anything back to you.... so dont expect a package from them that will make anything easier on you... look at it from the standpoint that you are starting overfrom scratch with a hurdle at the beginning.. but you know what the hurdle is ( the reason for previous denial) and that will be addressed in the initial petition... once you get the initial petition approved, you should be in a better position when the case gets to the consulate... Look at it as another way to explain the relationship... it can be as simple as the example here in VJ or as complex as you want.. its up to you... remember that you will have an updated copy presented at the interview.. The letter should specifically note why they denied the previous application (lack of proof of bonafide) and reflect the evidence included in the new petition that overcomes the previous denial... The proof of bonafide needs to be included in the new petition so it wont be an issue in the next interview... On Oct 9 My fiance jane doe's application for a fiance visa was denied based on the consular officers opinion that we didnot demonstrate a bonafide relationship, and returned to USCIS. The previous petition was declared dead by USCIS as it had expired. I have included the following evidence to address the issue noted by the consular officer: 1. 2. 3. etc etc etc... include the petition number and note that you are requesting a waiver to allow the current petition to be approved. They may remind you that you have only 90 days after arrival in the US to get married but remember that plans can be made after you receive the visa because you have six months available to do the planning after the visa is issued if you want to wait that long before coming to the US. Money in the bank is not an issue as long as you have sufficient income. Many Americans have big incomes and no savings.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	filling a cr1 after k1	after i had 2 interview 1st december9 2nd january 14 our case for k-1 was send back as well in january14 and it reach USCIS office by march18 we got married in february 22 and we got this notice on july 10.......... your I-129F pitition for Alien fiance was returned from the American consulate or embassy to the us citizenship and immigration services uscis because the consulate or embassy decided not to issue the beneficiary an immigrant visa at this time uscis has administratively closed your I-129 petition and has sent it to storage because the original validity dates on this I-129F petition have now passed the action of storing this petition is without prejudice to the filing of any future petitions or applications if you wish to re-file another I 129F petiton for your fiance you may do so with the correct fee and supporting documentation so im assuming they gonna do the same thing with yours good luck though yahya and marie Bad assuption..
