IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CSC to TSC to NVC: the Saga continues	The cover sheets I printed from the online payment system instructed me to send them to the same address (31 Rochester Avenue Suite 100) but different Attn: one was (CMR) another was (CMR AOS). I guess I will just ignore this email then. Thanks for setting me straight. Yeah, same addresses, but different Attn, so I'm assuming the packages go to different departments to get processed. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CSC to TSC to NVC: the Saga continues	Strange that AOS was at NVC on 9 March and DS-230 on 10 March. 22 March AOS was reviewed and DS-230 nothing at all. Operator told me Thursday that now body looked at our DS-230. Well, if I remember correctly, AOS and IV are sent to different addresses. Perhaps there's more mail that NVC has to go through at the IV address, thus they haven't gotten to your IV package yet. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CSC to TSC to NVC: the Saga continues	Same here Fermat, on 26 March we did get this email and AVR told us that IV pack was received on 22 March. But the IV pack have arrived at NVC on 10 March actually. Remember, the day that a package arrives at NVC won't be the same day that NVC inputs it into their system. When they input it into their system, that's the date they consider it received. Strange work they are doing there. Instead of bothering to look if the pack is there they send this email. They're just lazy over at NVC. Why bother checking for the other package when you can just send an email requesting for it. did anyone get their interview without submitting a police clearance? I sent out both packets a few weeks ago, seperately, certified mail and I verified that they recieved both packages the next day. Don't worry about it. It seems like, as soon as NVC gets your AOS, they immediately send out that email and/or update the AVR to play a false RFE message. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CSC to TSC to NVC: the Saga continues	If they will not put me on AP, then it will take couple of days, so hopefully will be able to get it within 2 or 3 days, in my P4 document status they mentioned corresponds status: C and I when I look into the page up it says, Direct inquiries to your consulate / embassy. I didn't get it that part do you know what it means, Yeah, I was looking at my interview letter, and I had the same thing as you. No idea on that. I also had an 'R' next to two things, and in the legend, they don't list 'R', so I don't know what that means either. what if they will submit the I-864 on monday.. is it ok? or we just have to wait for that damn RFE... Yes, that's the whole point of the AOS package. The I-864 is the Affidavit of Support form that shows the petitioner can support the intending immigrant (either by himself or with a joint sponsor). Yeah, as long as they submitted both the 1040s and W2s, you're fine. My husband didn't have his yet, so we just submitted pay stubs and an employment letter to show proof as current income. It usually takes about 2 weeks after sending in the packages to get CC, if no RFEs. We had a thinking that we will be together on our 1st wedding anniversary, but now it's doesn't possible as it's on 8th June. . Yeah, you probably won't be able to re-schedule for an earlier date. The only way you'd get an earlier date is if you expedited. Isn't it still possible to be together on June 8th? Does it take that long to get the visa back after the interview? But I guess will deal with that as something better than nothing, Thank You God finally this USCIS and NVC process is over, Allahamdulillah. Wow, that was indeed quick to get an interview after case complete! Grats! Sucks that it's 2 months from now though. Plenty of time to get ready and prepare though. I got my interview early this morning as well. To know when your case was shipped, you can either find out through an operator or there should be an AVR update as to when your case was sent out to the US embassy/consulate. I sent a lot of pictures to USCIS when I got the RFE and I'm wondering of those pictures are going to get forwarded to NVC and then the embassy. Thanks. Yes, I do believe USCIS sends the whole case to NVC, and then NVC ships that plus the AOS and IV packages to the US embassy/consulate. Thought she actually said May 13, but then I called an NVC operator and they said May 3rd. Called another NVC operator and confirmed it was May 3rd. Just waiting to get the interview letter in my email now. I'm so happy! I'll be in the USA for my 1 year anniversary on May 21 CONGRATS!!!! Just 5 weeks out from now hehe Thank you! It's just hard to think that due to all these delays we won't be together for our first anniversary. -M About the spreadsheet, as soon as some people get their approvals, they stop logging into VJ, so I'm sure there are a lot more pink lines that should be purple. Then there are those that never update their timeline, so I have no way of knowing when they get case numbers. Every 2 weeks or so, I go through the spreadsheet and try to update as much as I can. But you're correct, you're not the only one still waiting for a case number. I do know for a fact there are others still waiting for theirs. WOW! Gratz 2 all those who have gotten ur interview schedualed! do u guys call the operator or the auto- voice system everyday?
