IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	California to Texas & Texas to California - Part 2	Ok every one now i got totally lost we got this notice today im not sure what is going on I-797C Notice of Action Case Type: I-130 Notice Day: February 23 2011 Notice type:Transfer Notice Preliminary processing of the above application has been completed and it has been transferred to the USCIS office at : 12484 Weaver place centennial CO 80111 That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application or petition. Any further inquiries should be made to that office so what does this really means i was thinking ether getting back to California or getting approved but i would never thought going to Colorado i mean that where our house is but i dont get it please some one help me to have an idea what this means Uhhh It might mean an I-130 interview is going to be asked since you say your house is in Colorado, so they might be sending it to a local office. I didn't get a case# (didn't ask for one either...)but I presume maybe they haven't gotten that far yet. I believe the next step is for NVC to send my lawyer all necessary paperwork /request for payment(?) I feel good knowing I'm officially out of TSC/CSC and on to the next phase! Woot!! You have to wait for the AOS bill to appear as PAID so you can print out the document cover sheet, and only after that can you send it in. 17 people, I think I should create a timeline for her too... This sucks I can add your daughter's case to the spreadsheet. Should be this week sometime. hi mrs p , i totally understand you....now with the iin and the case number , go to the page and if is available pay the AOS AND send the 3032 they going to sent you the request, but i send the 3032 without they ask me for it. I was busy this weekend since my husband came to visit and wasn't up to date on everything. Anyways, some good news: 112/128 people have been approved (88%). Almost all are approved! Because that's the way you give NVC your email...I guess Most people give the email addresses to an operator once they have a case number assigned. A week ago, one month after responding to our RFE, we received a letter saying we needed to wait another 60 days for a response from TSC. So (on Friday) we went back to our congressman. They contacted TSC immediately requesting an expedite, and we received an email today stating that we'd been approved. We are very, very happy and look forward to moving to the next phase. Still waiting for an NVC case #. But then on Feb 28 I received an email notification that said "Your Case Status: Initial Review On February 17, 2011, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action." It seems like another mistaken notification, since the date specified is before the date of the approval notice. Did anyone else get one of these? Congrats on the approval! I rented a car there and took my wife there on a Sunday it was wonderful. We saw Chutes de la Chaudiere. We went to that small street by the river with all those restaurants and shops and took the tram up to the big chateau with all the old buildings there. We walked around it was nice. Great view from up there! We also went to Chutes Montmorency. Wow did all these in about 12 hours while stopping from time to time to take photos. It's a nice city to visit especially if you like waterfalls! It's funny, I've lived in Quebec most of my life (minus 2 years in Florida) and have never gone to Quebec City My husband and I ended up watching the first Harry Potter movie and are waiting for Pizza Hut deliver so we can watch the next movie	Saylin	Female	Canada	2011-03-05 19:16:00

If it was a person, what does the AVR still say? Just wondering. Congrats! He said he called today, a Saturday, so it must have been the AVR as operators aren't available on the weekend. The message should go something like this: "The case number assigned by the NVC for this case is XXX##########. Your case was entered into NVC's computer system on MONTH DATE, 2011.
