IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	Just got off phone. DS 261 hasnt been put in system and shows complete as of may 30th. He said AOS package was still in delivery room? Lol And to check back on that tomorrow.   You have to call them and find out about the DS261. Once you complete the form it will say completed. That does not mean they have reviewed it.       Mine says complete too. However, when you talk with NVC operator, you can ask them like, "Does my DS261 on a case file?" IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	I think people who received case number in May experience the delay in their processing.  From my case, I received my case number on 20th of May My AOS invoiced on 30th and documents delivered on 2nd of June and scanned on 5th. The submitted DS 261 from 28th of May still not reviewed. IV invoice is still not visible NVC operator said every documents or process will take up to 30 business days. Now I am getting afraid to get a checklist even though I filled out perfectly because the single checklist would occur a horrible delay. My AOS was invoiced on Thursday, Showed up paid on monday. Why would they hold up on invoicing the IV fee?  I don't see a reason to have both fees invoiced at the same time to begin with. It would be alot easier on them and us, one would think?   Like they wouldn't need to open my case twice ONLY to invoice a fee. Which sounds like a waste of time and effort.            Has ANYBODY gotten IV fees invoiced in the last 2 weeks? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	You are right. Anything I did in April was on speed. Everything was invoiced within a few days. I think the fact that USCIS is now approving people quicker has backlogged NVC. They probably weren't expecting to receive such a crazy amount of approvals. May was a bad a month, but they seem to have people working overtime now. So maybe they'll catch up in June. There should be a change for sure.    People from 2014 got approved in 3-4 months! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	whoever are waiting for the IV fee invoice, this is the detail I got from NVC.   I called last night, they said now the IV fee invoice will take 30 days after you paid your AOS fee which is pretty lame..     and they will review AOS doc within 30 days from the day you sent it.        I did EP, emailed AOS on 5/20...when I called last night, they said no AOS in system which is normal... ?I don't know if that is normal?....   Hope this helps whoever are waiting for IV fee invoice.     This sucks! I sent my AOS yesterday and it was delivered this morning. Waiting for IV to be available.    Althought the wait 30 days is a generic response from NVC. Spreadsheet and some posts suggest 2-3 weeks for IV post May....   I am so unlucky. For i130, USCIS was backlogged, had to wait retarded amount compared to those who sent papers afterwards. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	Choosing the wages and salaries line would get you a checklist (unless one is lucky and it's the same amount as the correct line).       I called NVC and lady on the phone said  I should put joint sponsors individual income ONLY, not the total income.(she filed taxes w/ husband)..(which is actually the wages etc from tax return transcript) I also attached w2 of her. She files jointly with husband, same business. husband do not get payroll but she does. didnt mention husband at all in 864.      she said the lines for total income is where you put 3 most recent year total income at part 6 13abc.. am i lucky?	ameriturk	Male	Turkey	2014-06-02 17:48:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	From a quick read, it looks easiest to use his wife ... but the bolded statement above has me believing you are confused on that point, as current income doesn't come off a transcript as it's what is anticipated for 2014.     Yeah. Thats what I ended u doing. I called NVC twice, second lady was kind and clarified it for me.  I assumed its safe to just put what she made last year as current income. I attached 3 year tax transcripts as well as w2 transcripts of past 3 years. I can't seem to get help anywhere related to i864...   I think my sponsor's situation is one of a kind.   He is a business owner, works with wife. He doesn't get payroll but wife gets payroll. Their transcripts are identical. Wife gets w2, he doesnt obviously. Now when i fill out part 5, current income, i put their combined total income from transcript. But there is a section right below it asking if anyone elses income was included in the current income. Technically his wife's income is included in that  if i write her name as PART 6.a  and her payroll amount for the year and add them at PART 6.10 it will not match the current income. (I just called and lady was bitter so I couldnt explain it to her. She insisted I put line 22 in current income and whatever wife makes in 6.a section, well if you add line 22 and wife's w2 amount it will be totalincome+w2, which will be more(exactly w2 amount) than what the ACTUAL tax return transcript shows.)   I am very confused on how to go about this. Should I just joint sponsor w/ his wife instead? and not include him at all(No 864A)? Since her income can be separated and she has w2 transcript to attach to show only her portion of the total income from the tax return transcript?   In that case: For HER current income I only put the section from tax return transcript that applies to her(IE: the w2 amount which exactly matches "her contribution") Skip to 6.13 and for Total incomes for past 3 years, Put husband+wife combined?   THANKS /sigh	ameriturk	Male	Turkey	2014-06-02 11:31:00

I believe thats not the COVER Page the NVC wiki is talking about. Am i correct? When I log in I see a tab to print cover page, after i click that the payment link opens where I click "select" nothing happens.. And right after saying that she said it  might take upto 30 business days and there were no other updates on my case.     I am thinking her wording was wrong, because being under review is different than files being IN system FOR review...   Anyway. So i rather not put it in timeline.   Those who have AOS scanned  first week of June. But all went good, hope all goes smooth for you. Thank you.   My biggest fear was AOS checklist. I filled it out  different that what was advised by Saylin, just followed my gut feeling because it made sense.     This is the worst waiting of all. I have zero patience left in me.
