Congrats   Sigh of relief! NVC received my case yesterday! No more USCIS for me (well, until my husband has to remove condictions) - but here's to a 2 year break! LOL LOL, looking forward to that too!     I was transferred March 3rd too with PD 9/13 ... my other buddy with the same dates got approved already, yet I'm still waiting scared that something is wrong. :/ Man, I can't believe you haven't been approved yet, USCIS sucks big time!   CASE Received NVC 20/3/14 NOW WAITING MY CASE NUMBER, LOL!  Good luck!   We have officially crossed the 50% marker for September! My husband and I were Skyping when he screamed and went pale. We all ended up crying. I haven't received any notification that it's been shipped to NVC...     I hav a question!! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Blueberry Pancake invited me to the party....our I-130 was received 9/9/2013, and our NOA was 9/25/2013.  About 2 weeks ago, we got a notice that we were transferred to the Nebraska Service Center.   Just checked our case and we have this message:   Post Decision Activity On March 17, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.   Does this mean we're approved?  What the heck?   I thought it was going to take eons.     ((I'll go back and check up on the last 50+ pages of this thread that I haven't read....I just thought I'd post our news in case that helps anyone))   Edited to add that my husband is Mexican, I'm a US CItizen, and we live in a third country.    I was under the impression that our overseas residency would give us priority in the process, but I recently heard that it only helps if you work for the government (i.e. military, consulate).  I don't.       Umm.. I just received a message.. I'm scared to open it ..... going to the website.. OMG .. I"M APPPPPRRRRROOOOOOVVVVVEEEEEEDDDDDDDD... I'm telling you guys before I tell my hubby... I sent them one of the copies with my petition paperwork. So I'm not sure why I'm getting an RFE for it. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Finally received my RFE hard copy in the mail today. I'm actually pretty confused. It says: "Submit a legible copy of the marriage certificate for X and X. The certificate must indicate that after the marriage ceremony, it was registered or recorded by the county, state, or province."   What..? I sent them a certified copy of the marriage certificate (as well as a scanned copy, just in case). So..what's the problem? They want another one? And what does it mean by it has to indicate it was registered or recorded by the county? We got married in England.   Ideas? I'm not sure what to send at this point.   Do you have your original marriage certificate?  That's what we sent, we married in the UK, ours was a handwritten copy.  However, I'm not sure what exactly the RFE means to be perfectly honest.  I can PM you a copy of the one we've sent if it helps, ours shows the county that the marriage was registered in.	urbangirluk	Female	United Kingdom	2014-03-17 10:47:00
