Its based on the entries .  You can't really take it to heart because it depends on those who enter the info. Many people start a timeline and never come back to update it as they progress.  When I first filed back in April, my timeline said I would be ajuducated sometime in July.   Now it says November 9th to December 8th.  If things were normal, you might be able to rely a little bit on the info  but for now, its just for fun.  ( especially with all the transfers going on )   Thanks, just wasn't sure what it meant as there's been nothing in there previously except to say that there wasn't enough information to give any dates.	urbangirluk	Female	United Kingdom	2013-11-12 10:39:00
IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Haven't checked my Timeline in a while but feeling a bit lonely as my hubby has just flown back to the States after a 5 day visit, so thought I would come on here in the hope of a little bit of good news, so I see this at the bottom of my timeline:-   Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between December 18, 2013 and January 31, 2014*.  If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. Congrats   APPROVED  today Congrats   VISA ISSUED  Awesome!   Hey guys, couldn't work out how to post on the UK portal, but wanted to ask do the Knightsbridge doctors still take your word for it that you have had chickenpox? I asked my doctor but my records don't go back that far. Should I get an immunity test done privately before my medical, or is this a bit of overkill?   Also, is the medical information on vaccines still out of date? As it says I don't need a flu shot if I am under 49 years, is this still correct in oct-march? Hey, they asked me if I'd had chickenpox as it wasn't on my records, I said yes, and they took that and didn't question it anymore.  Flu shots are season so it depends when your medical is and when the flu season starts, if you hit that then you'll have to get it done either at your doctors or at the medical.   Interview done this morning and approved!! Thanks everyone for the support specially Dwheels!????????     Yes, found out today my wife has her interview October 16th!!    Called NVC around evening time on Sept. 2nd out of curiosity, if they had IV date for me..for the first time, this rep was very polite and gave me a good news that IV date is scheduled for Oct 14th..I asked when I'll get the email confirmation regarding IV date, she said in about a week..then the next day, around evening time, on Sept. 3rd..received an email confirmation with IV date of Oct 14th..Sooooooo excited that I don't even know what I want to do...finally the waiting game will be over very soon now that I've a date..sooooo happyyyyyyyyyy           :joy:MY WIFEVISA  APPROVED IN KINGSTON JAMAICA TODAY              THANK YOU VJ FAMILY   hello everyone, Have any one of you experienced this? I know for no reason.. but very restless.   Thanks   Hi everyone! Visa was approved today! Quite easy to be honest! Don't know what we were worried about. We were only in there for an hour and 40 mins. Most the time just waiting! The man interviewing us just asked how we met when we married and why my wife moved here first (due to job) and then he asked if I was ever denied a visa which was a no- and then he said your visa is approved!!! Never mentioned domicile at all either. All in all, we are extremely excited and will post a review later . Good luck to everyone!   Hello there I called the Nvc on Tuesday to see if we got an interview and they confirmed that we do have one on the 21 October 2014 but we didn't get an email yet is that normal ?   I have an interview on 15th October and I didn't get interview email yet. My case complete on 15th August i never got CC email. I don't know why.    We must waiting. But I have read that it always shows that while they are preparing and printing the visa. I pray this is the case and not that we will be stuck and I will have to return home alone. Mine changed from Ready to AP to Issued within the space of an hour, keep checking   Visa has been printed CEAC status Issued   Yay, us too   we had interview yesterday n got the passport n sealed packet todayyy...amazingggg...so fast...we r sooooo happy...flying to NY in couple of weeks... :)... I believe the reason your ARN changed is because your K-3 is getting cancelled and your I-130 is getting processed. I think other K-3 filers get this same message, as well.   I wouldn't know. I got the same message for both petitions. I don't really care which one goes through, just give me something! They should write "we have assigned a ARN" not "we changed" because my husband doesn't have an ARN to start with lol. Oh well, hopefully its still good news! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Hello Urbangirluk,   I know you passed through checklist response process. Can you help me on the following question? Thanks!     Through calling to NVC, I found out that they generated checklist for an error on AOS (I-864 form) and they explained me the error over the phone. However, I didn't get an email from them which will describe the checklist instruction. To save some time, I was thinking to send them back the corrected version of I-864 form including the cover sheet. My question to all of you is: Is there specific format to follow when we send them a response to checklist? I will appreciate if someone who passed through checklist process walk me through the contents of the checklist instruction letter. I also believe that the checklist instruction doesn't need to be sent back to them. Thanks a lot for your help!     You need to wait for the email as it has a barcoded cover page that goes back with the amended form, it didn't take long for our email to come through so I'd just give it a little time.  As for false checklists, if you know it's false then you can ignore it.	urbangirluk	Female	United Kingdom	2014-06-05 01:19:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Well, we woke up this morning to an email from USCIS, saying we are.....APPROVED!!!! FINALLY!  bdrew, our NOA2 date is 4/17. Good luck to everyone else here waiting, especially those who were waiting there with us at the Nebraska Service Center. I know all of you have an approval coming soon!!! Congrats   So, looks like the representative wasn't lying. Essentially, she was trying to prevent me from getting freaked out, even though she was explaining there would be nothing to worry about. I came away understanding that she wasn't going to give me the number. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	So, I just called the NVC again to see if I could get my Invoice ID, and I was told that it wouldn't do me any good to have it until they emailed it to me. The woman I spoke with said that if I tried to use the Invoice ID now, the system would say that my application was being terminated, which would cause unnecessary panic because it wouldn't actually be in a termination state.   I tried to gently have her reflect that perhaps there might be some good for me to have it "just in case", but she stuck to her line that there was nothing I could do with it until the official instructions were sent out. Hmmmm, so why would our agent have just given both over with no trouble, methinks you need to call back and hopefully get a different agent.  And what the heck, why would your application be terminated by entering you IID?!!!!	urbangirluk	Female	United Kingdom	2014-04-18 16:57:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Just called the NVC to see if they had a case number for me. Spent about 30 minutes on hold. They just entered my case into the system. Got my case number and was told to wait for an email with instructions in the next few weeks! Yay, did they give you an IIN too?   I just wanted to let anyone still waiting know (I guess this is directed at anyone at the VSC mostly) that I was approved 4/11. My PD is 10/1 (so I thought this might be relevant since I'm so close to September. Anyway, my case status online has never changed from initial review and I received no emails. However yesterday I received the hard copy of the approval saying I was approved on 4/11. So maybe some people are really approved and just don't know it yet. I received the letter 5 days after I was approved and I live only about 3 hours from the VSC center. Congrats   So after calling USCIS today b4 going to my info pass appt 2mrw I decided to call them first and the tier 2 sup advised they sent us an RFE notice yesterday. Of course case status hasn't been updated online but that was a relief at least our case has been acknowledged. Even funnier I think I may know exactly what the RFE is about. When we sent the initial packet they returned more than half of our evidence with a letter stating "the attached document(s) are a format we cannot place in your file folder for review by an officer during the adjudication process" mind you this was returned within a week of receiving the NOA1. So.....
