K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Talked to the USCIS today...just being curious and all, they told me that VSC is slightly behind...Today they are processing 1-3-2012. So I guess the timeline should work in the next 10 days...Who knows... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Which is why I am now in trouble since my NOA1 was Jan. 9th. Sent all of that stuff today thinking that maybe I could still hear something today or Monday and if not, they would inquire and push our case along....only to read this now that I should not have bothered. I figured that it couldn't hurt--since it SHOULDN'T, you know?! I am just so disgusted. And I can't stand thinking of going back to the US alone and leaving him here waiting b/c I never know when something could happen to him and at least if I am here closeby, I can help him in whatever way possible but from a distance, all I could do would be to send money. And since we have been in the same city for the duration of our relationship--other than my 3 short trips to visit family--I don't know what it would be like to try to have a long-distance relationship. He doesn't have a computer or internet and doesn't know enough about computers even to go to an internet cafe and communicate with me that way, so when I am gone, all we have are expensive cell phone calls....I hate this feeling of being totally helpless...there is no good option, no answers, no good possibilities of anything.....just frustration and fear b/c we are living in the most dangerous country in the world. I think I am going to pee my pants! No sh#t. It's nice to be nicely surprised looks like they are working on January 10 at the moment Maybe that's what all of us should do...take a break from VJ and be nicely surprised Well you are onto something ...Jan 10th is just a tick slower than what avg VSC is for the last 90 days...they are averaging 141 days between NOA1 and NOA2 (it used to be 136 days just a few weeks back)...so that puts us to 1-17-2012 +/- few days... It would be nice just to have the average processing time at this point. I just hope we see some more activity at VSC soon. If things don't pick up by the end of this week or at the worst early next week, I hate to say it but things are seriously amiss.. CSC will surpass VSC quickly at this rate. I hear ya...I lowered my expectations too, yet I keep doing the math and all kinds of stats to justify my hoping... I expected today to be a little slow and tomorrow hopefully an improvement. I'm sure either people took an extra day of vacation. Or they've returned to work and are still mentally on vacation...ha don't loose hope, I've just found one approval from today for January 3! and I just started checking the numbers... will keep you updated they are working people! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Ok so an update for today from USCIS website: January 4th: 2 x approvals 3 x RFE January 5th: 2 x approvals on VJ: January 28th 1 x approval Oh slowly but surely it is starting to pick up....to get 100 approvals for any given month(Nov,Oct...) it takes at least 35-40 days...so some 4-5 per business day...We are good!!!
