The DS 160 was included in my packet 3, it's probably different for you in Vancouver. However, i would fill it out and bring it with you just in case. Good Luck on your interview!! When you view it through a PDF viewer, and you put your mouse over the line , the only thing it says is to ENTER RELATIONSHIP, well "what relationship" do they want you to enter??? US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Updated I-134	Now I'm really confused. Does this mean the US Citizen doesn't sign the I-134 at all? NOOOO, they do sign it, here's the link to the form http://www.uscis.gov.../form/i-134.pdf look at the bottom under OATH AND AFFIRMATION OF SPONSOR, there is an erroneous space ( or what appears to be one ) to the right of "........as amended " I can't make sense of it either. It appears to be a space of nonimportance because just under that is where the sponsor signs. I think it was left there mistakenly after they updated the form. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Updated I-134	I am filing out the I-134 form (expires 5-31-2011) and I am not clear on one particular section. At the bottom, page 2, under 'Oath or Affirmation of Sponser' there is a box, highlighted in light blue. It is just after the words...' and the Food Stamp Act, as ammended'. The instructions, in PDF, do not mention this box. What do I put in this space/box? Thanks for any help... - Dave PS I have no other sponser... just myself. I filled that one out too , and had no clue what to do, there is another thread here on VJ about that exact line. Most thought it was an oversight when they updated the form, meaning they left it in by mistake as the affadavid's used to require notarizing in the past and this is where the signature of the notarizer would go. The answer i got was to leave it blank which i have done. I searched everywhere and i mean EVERYWHERE for an answer on this and the only answer i could find that seemed right was to leave it blank. Does this mean I should just make my own appointment now? How do I do this?? Call the DOS and see if P4 was mailed to you..... If it has , i see nothing wrong in booking an appointment...... But just make sure you pick the permanently moving to US lol... MSR, when you go into the system, make sure you're picking "Permanently move to the USA (Schedule interview)", not K1/K2 like my dumb@ss self did! But it is k1 k2?? or am i stupid??? Canada	Montreal and DS-160	I sent both the confirmation page and the entire form, my Packet 3 was logged successfully and i am now eligible for an interview. ( i made copies as well ) When did you send back your Packet 3, they logged mine 1 day after receiving it, call DOS and see if it was logged, if it has you should be fine. Canada	Evidence of Domicile	No children, but the DS-160 asks about children as well. Apparently it's just the new form they want and are phasing out the DS-156 or something. The DS 156 and DS 156K asked for more detail as per children. ( if they were coming with, if they were joining etc ) it should have been phased out a while ago from what i had read, but who knows, there seems to be a lot of confusion when it comes to Montreal Joining later rather........... Canada	Evidence of Domicile	What the eff! Then why does my packet 3 state I need it? I didn't think I did... my packet 3 also states I need DS160 and not DS156. I am getting very confused. My Packet 3 from Montreal asked for the DS 156 & DS 156K, i think they send out what applies to each individual case. I am bringing my daughter with me, so i presume if you have children, you will be asked for both the DS 156 & DS 156K, if you don't , you won't be asked for it. My packet did mention evidence of domicile as well, however i agree with the others, utility bills, rental agreements, mortgage, etc is more than suffice to show that. Now you have me worried because I am the only other person I have heard of recently who only had to fill out that form!... oh well, note to self, bring a book haha. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Waiting for I-130 Receipt to file K3 - Need some guidance	Personally, I would have hoped to saved and made notarized copies of all my petition and placed the copies as I had needed to.
