IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-1864	Our joint sponsor, filled his tax retuns in 2005 as married, but in 2006 & 07 he filled as single. He got divorced in 2006 I guess. Anyways, do we need to attest his divorce decree too while sending our AOS? Also our lawyer is asking other silly things, which I haven't seen anywhere, things like joint sponsors --> passport, his driving license, his son's birth certificate (his son is in the household) & the divorce decree. If you have submitted originals at NVC then there is no need for any other originals during the interview. If you haven't submitted originals at NVC then yes, you will have to take those during interview. And about photocopies, that is for precautionary reasons. Also, do we need to notarize the letter of explanation to NVC plus how that letter format should be like? I mean should it start as?.. To whom so ever it may concern. Or To NVC...... So what are the options does an intending immigrant has when he/she is in middle of his/her doses during the interview. Can the visa be rejected or delayed given the intending immigrant hasn't got all the doses? For Gardasil QUOTE DOSING: Girls should receive Gardasil before they are sexually active. Gardasil 0.5 ml is injected intramuscularly in three separate doses. No its not required anymore, though until mid 90s it was required, but there is no need for it anymore.
