I have already scheduled for a medical interview on 11th of November at Leelavati hospital, but now looking at plans, I feel I should be better doing it in Breach Candy, since it will be much more nearer to the hotel I will stay in. Leelavati hospital will be more than 2 hours away. Another thing is, should the photograph submitted for medical needs to be of 2x2 size with white background, or Indian standard size will work? As a matter of fact, we paid both our bills on the same day. Secondly, I don't know about hand written, but when we sent our I-864 forms, they were not in Capital letter. we used sentence case and it was well accepted. Do write down details under each photograph, you can stick all the pics in one sheet and also stick out printed details under each of the pics. I am wondering if marriage contract and marriage certificat the same thing? I doubt it is, but as long as the marriage is legal in your country you should be allright. You have to send 2, 2x2 photos of both beneficiary and petitioner, I do see you have listed photo, but just making sure they are 2 of each of you. And your cover letter should be with table of content and seperating each evidence that match up with the table of content. But I have already got my interview date and my husband did get inteview letter from NVC. And anyways, at least mumbai consulate has issued November's schedule yesterday. Usually its best for the beneficiary to complete the form, your wife too can complete it and email it to you, you can take a print out of the filled form, sign it and post it to your wife along with other documents such as PCC, your birth certificate, your passport photocopies, two 2x2 photographs of your with white background, marriage certificate, any divorce certificate..............i hope that's all and I am not missing something. Make sure you load them with evidence, even throw in some affidavits from friend and families, if you need format of affidavit, do message me your email address and I will send you. Basically you have to convince them that your relationship is bonafide, so include everything you think you can, from phone bills, emails, chat logs, letters with postal stamps on it, money transfer receipts, boarding pass of you joining her in India, your passport's photocopy showing your visits to India after marriage, hotel bills. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Income Tax clearance certificate for Beneficiary	No its not, this question was asked a couple of months ago too and the answer was same. As an example ELW from India said how she had to submit those tax papers in the early 90s but it stopped by late 90s. Your wife has already got her PCC, which takes care of any fraud being committed or not committed. When a person acquires PCC, it basically covers up notifying Indian government that you wish to immigrate from India and you have no obligations to be fulfilled anymore. So you can relax about tax matter, no one is going to ask anything in the airport. On a side note: Are you from Delhi that your agent has said you need to get those clearance from New Delhi? If you aren't from Delhi then I don't see why would you need to go all the way up to Delhi, each district has their own tax collection office.	trinket	Female	India	2008-10-20 10:13:00
