No, children need standalone I-130 petitions as in 99.99% of cases you will not get the K3 and the kids will not get K4 (I-129f administratively closed at NVC when it makes it there with approved I-130). Follow the I-130 process unless you want to spend extra time separated from your children as you wouldn't listen and send in I-130s for kids. Up to you.

The child won't qualify for CRBA. Husband to file two I-130s (one for you, one for the child) and when the child enters into US with the immigrant visa he/she will become a USC. You will be a LPR.

 

Don't even bother filing I-129f - K3 visa very rarely makes it to Embassy (under 1% of cases).

Maid cannot work in the US on a B-1 visa only. The maid would need a US work permit (EAD) and proof that the employer is paying US wages and following US employment law.

Employer cannot pay PI wages or make her work PI hours.

 

Correct. Still requires I-765 and prevailing wages of the area you are living in to be paid (contract as proof for interview for visa).

Vital records could also be obtained via vital record services. I think my husband used vital check dot something to get his birth certificate that needed to be apostilled before being sent to Bosnia. Didn't take too long. Google for the vital check plus your state of interest.

You as the beneficiary will complete DS-160. There is a section requiring you to list all relatives in the US (mother/father; sibling, fiance/fiancee) and their status. You will have to provide truthful information in there.

(Assuming the story is true), here in the US they put a hold on your passport if you have unpaid child support. So, it's not totally out of the question...



You did not read what the ladies whose husbands are from Morocco said? No hold on the passport there. Also very unusual to have an out-of-wedlock child. The guy is trying to get money out of the OP.

Are you saying you lied on the immigration forms by not disclosing previous marriage (ever divorced?) and child? If yes, you may be charged with misrepresentation and even your GC taken away.
