You have the reports and evidence, write a letter and send it to your local office so they can make sure it winds up in his A# file. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Physical Green card	My GC update: After the I-90 B was rejected by TSC (even though we followed the instructions obtained from the very TSC via our congressman), yesterday we were told to refile the I-90 B with the copy of the rejection letter to the TSC with attention to a person who was in touch with our congressman's aide. Today we sent it off with delivery confirmation and signature required. We will have the congressman's aide write a follow up letter to make sure we do get the GC. Apparently, he forwarded our entire letter to the Director of Texas Service Center as an inquiry for us - he also enclosed a copy of the letter to the director which basically says he would like to inquire on our behalf but so as not to repeat everything he is enclosing everything we sent him. Now we just have to wait and see what happens next.
