Revatio (sildenafil) relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to particular areas of the body.
Revatio may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide.
How Taken

Revatio is usually taken three times daily, approximately 4 to 6 hours apart. It can be taken with or without food.
Drug Class and Mechanism

Revatio (sildenafil) is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It works by relaxing blood vessels in the lungs, which decreases blood pressure.
Missed Dose

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible and continue with your regular schedule. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
Storage

Store this medication at room temperature and keep it out of the reach of children.

Drug Name

Yasmin (Drospirenone/Ethinyl Estradiol)
Drug Uses

Yasmin is used for for preventing pregnancy. It is also used to treat premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) or certain types of acne in women who are using Yasmin for birth control. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
How Taken

Use Yasmin as directed by your doctor.

* Take Yasmin by mouth with or without food.
* Talk with your doctor about how you should start to take your first pack of Yasmin. If you begin to take Yasmin during the first 24 hours of your period, you do not need to use an extra form of birth control. If you begin to take Yasmin on the Sunday after your period starts, you will need to use an extra form of birth control for 7 days after you start taking Yasmin.
* If you are switching from another birth control pill to Yasmin, start Yasmin on the same day that would have started a new pack of your previous birth control pills. Talk with your doctor if you have any questions about how to switch from another form of hormonal birth control to Yasmin.
* Take Yasmin at the same time every day, not more than 2 hours apart. After taking the last pill in the pack, start taking the first pill from a new pack the very next day.

Ask your health care provider any questions you may have about how to use Yasmin.

Drug Class and Mechanism

Yasmin is a progesterone and estrogen combination birth control pill. It works by preventing ovulation, thickening the mucus in the cervix, and changing the lining of the uterus.

Ok, so I'm happy my husband got his visa and he will be here soon.... kicking.gif

My question is what to do NOW blink.gif ?

His visa is only for 6 months, if anyone can direct me towards the next step I would really appreciate it.

Do we need to apply for another visa? what about work permits? etc?
is he able to leave the country?
too many questions....

Thanks for your help good.gif

Are you sure about the 6 mos.?

After entry the next step could be to file an I-765 for work authorization or I-485 and I-765 for registration as a permanent resident.

Well I asked my husband to check if there was an expiration date and he said it was 8/19/09, which is exactly six months from when he was approved, I was also surprised when he told me. But I also heard that he will need a different visa permit to travel....im confused. is it just hear say or do they just have more excused to squeeze out our money

If it is a K3 visa, not a CR1 visa, then it should be good for two years. If there's an error, have him take it back to the Embassy to be corrected. They do sometimes expire sooner when the passport is expiring soon. If it's really a CR1 visa, then six months is correct.

The next steps after entry with K3 are spelled out in the Guides. I suggest you study the guide for adjusting status very carefully, then study the applicable form instructions and then return with any remaining questions.

A CR1 visa is not only for 6 months.... its Conditional Residence right? and if married for less than 2 years its 24 months and if more than 2 years marriage is good for 10 years.... if im wrong please correct me... thanks

In January my husband (US citizen) filed a petition for me - I-130. Im from Malta but I got to know that i have to go to Italy to do my interview and medical test there (i know i didnt get there yet but i would like to know).... is the Naples consulate Standard or Appointment, that is shall I send my paperwork to NVC or to the embassy directly since on the website i found out that I will have to fax the DS230 part 1 to them and get the rest with me at the interview... does that mean i wont have to send it to NVC and send it to the embassy instead?

here is the link i found all this info:

Hi all,

Can anyone please tell me when does the Naples consulate return passport with visa stamp back after having CR1/IR1 interview? Im from Malta but my consulate is Naples and I will need my passport to fly back to my country.

Thanks a lot and any advice will be appreciated smile.gif

Hi,

You can read on here for general info on the Naples consulate
http://www.visajourn...e...&cty=Naples

and then you can read people's reviews of it here
http://www.visajourn....php?cnty=Italy

It looks like they give it to you the same day or sometimes the day after. Maybe to be sure you should stay a few extra days just in case you encounter a holiday or something else that may cause them a delay.

Hope this helps and good luck! My husband will have to do a CR1/IR1 interview in Naples in a few months, so I would love to hear how your interview goes!

Thanks argentina... i will let you know... any more advice please smile.gif

Yes, having your name on the orders is important. Usually, if you're Command sponsored (to qualify for transportation, housing etc.), your name will be put on.

I have to ask hubby about that... we just got married last december and the military is all new to me....all this is totally new to be honest!

As soon as you have orders in your hand, you also can apply before you're leaving the States and finish the whole process here.

even though if i ll be a conditional residence (CR1) ? we wont be married for 2 years till then....

Yes, if you file under 319b you don't have to fulfill the residency and physical presence requirements and it doesn't matter how long you have been married. All that you need is your military orders and you must be a permanent resident. That's it. It's really the easiest and fasted way to become a US citizen. My IO especially reminded me of Section 319b because, as he said, "You might want to tell other military spouses about it".

When you file your N-400, make sure you make it clear that you file under 319b and attach a copy of your orders to the application. Also, mail it to the Service Center in Nebraska which handles military cases.

oh ok... im still trying to figure out the greencard part so i ll make sure that i will do so when i obtain this one first.... and thanks a lot... i read on that memorandum that on the overseas orders there must be written the spouse name too....i have to make sure about that one....that my name will be listed on the orders as wel

Just wanted to give an update. I had my interview about two weeks ago and I got approved. kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif

The officer told me that under President Bush the law had changed and the time you are/were stationed overseas counts towards your physical presence and residency. Before then this wasn't the case.

And as always, if you do have orders to move overseas for at least one year, you always can apply under Section 319b and do expedited citizenship without having to fulfill the three-year-rule etc. Washington D.C. seems to be the office which has a lot of experience with those cases and where you usually experience the least problems. Also, I think you can take the oath there right the same day and also apply for a passport right away. I have a friend who even received her passport the same or next day (but I think she did that at the different office).

Congrats Stella.... do you mean that if the spouse is with the husband on overseas orders one can apply for expedited citizenship at the country where they re at? thanks ang congrats again smile.gif

If you are currently on orders overseas and have at least one year on this assignment left, you can apply for expedited naturalization overseas (I couldn't do that since we already had returned from overseas). In your case you fall under Section 319b which you can look up at the USCIS website. Also, we have several threads and great info about Section 319b in this forum.

Just read through all of Section 319 and also the memorandum which I posted in my first posting in this thread and you'll get all the info you need and you can see what fits your specific case.

Good luck! good.gif

Thanks a lot Stella... I'm still waiting to get my greencard but i know that next year we ll be in military orders outside the USA for over a year.... i ll be checking section 319B and see exactly what it says... thanks again smile.gif
