It's been going on since about the end of June I think. It will take 6-8 weeks for them to review your package again. Sorry. =( Everybody is waiting and going crazy these days. Me included. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 August 2011 Filers	Ours took longer, submitting on the 8th and our bank says the check was cashed today, the 17th, so we should get the NOA in the mail soon. Mail is always slower for us out in the boonies of Alaska. I'll wait until we actually have the NOA before posting it to the list. I hope we don't have a 800 mile round trip again for biometrics, which is what we had to do for the Adjustment of Status Biometrics. That's worse than the $590 fee. But you do what you have to do... Same here In Hawaii... mail takes longer to get here... when we sent the package it took us 3 days for the package to arrive... so same thing when they send something back to us! Good luck! We sent them because we wanted as much evidence as possible, but if all of your other evidence is strong, I don't think its necessary. They are not considered primary evidence, anyway. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 June 2011 Filers	ok guys am in too am june filer and am in a preparation step right now and heres wat i got just sharing to see if is that enough or wat 1- copy of my green card front and back 2- tax return ( joint files for 2009,2010 ) 3- joint bank account ( saving and checking ) 4- joint lease (2009 as a roommate wasnt here yet , 2010 and 2011 ) 5- wife`s name as a 100% beneficiary of my life insurance threw my work 6- my car insurance card under her name but the title under my name ( dunno if that makes any difference or not ) 7- a life insurance policy for the wife threw my work **** theres no pic due to some health problems for the wife **** the question here now is do i have to submit any passport photo of me and fingerprints again ? ( i got lost reading the instructions please help ) i hop this is a good evidence for on going relationship which i see it makes no sens at all for all of that paperwork and money too but anyways nothing else to do lol have a good weekend yall and wish to hear from any of you soon hi th3mo i remember you from when were filing the I-130.... you dont need to add any passport pictures.... and they will do an appointment for you for the fingerprints.... im still collecting my paperwork since i have to file in august.... it is true the cost is too much but its something that needs to be done as well!! good luck to you all	His_Wifey	Female	Malta	2011-06-05 21:33:00
