IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresPls Advise: NoA Rejection Response
Hi, i had this issue as well and E-mailed the loxbox and this was thier reply to mine:

"Good Afternoon:

Thank you for your inquiry.

This petition was rejected because the province information was not entered into the beneficiary’s place of birth information; this is required for all beneficiaries born in the Republic of the Philippines, Mexico and Canada.

You are welcome to resubmit the petition with the full information.

We trust this is helpful to you.

The Lockbox Support Team
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services"

Also, make sure your marriage cert. matches EXACT with the I-130 and the G-325a as far as place of birth.

Hope this helps! =)

I only have the issue with number 6 - No family memebers attended wedding. My family was in USA and couldn't come because of money issues and her family couldn't make it because 1 (sad...) they didn't want to go because other things to do...(yeah...right) but mainly 2, They aren't members of our church and hold a temple recommend to be a part of the marriage sealing ceremony so it sounds more like if they can't see the actual wedding, why go...

Other than that, we have no issues... maybe age but it's exactly 6years and she being elder (yet i am elder in mentality haha, she knows it too)

I've seen most of these kinds of concerns addressed either before or during the interview is taken place. No worries about those amazing facts about why they don't want your spouse come in. Just provide evidence and it will be fine =)

Call his district office, have them fax you the authorization form so they can contact USCIS on your behalf. Fax it back to them ASAP with a copy of the letter you sent.

What authorization form would I request for? and i need to get a fax machine...well i can use my friends office i suppose.

You know what makes this process more frustrating, is being on this site (I don't mean that in a negative way). This site is soooo great, wonderful people, all sharing experiences, feelings, advice, knowledge. BUT, along with all of that comes the comparisosn. Filers in the same month not getting approved around the same times, filers in more recent months being approved before others...etc. Reading all of these things is bittersweet. On the one hand you are so happy for your fellow VJ's, but then it leaves you with that feeling "when will it be my turn?". It makes you more impatient to see all this action around you and none for yourself.

I don't like to sound so bitter, or upset. There has been so much movement in this thread, so that is a good sign for us all, but everyday I wake up, or even in the middle of the night to check my email just hoping to see USCIS.....but to no avail, I instead have emails about sales at the Gap and Old Navy, and every other thing I could care less to see. *huge sigh* bare with me and my roller-coaster emotions guys.

I'm truly happy for all those who have been approved!! We all understand each other, and have the same goal...to be with our loved ones as a complete and happy family.

Hey, we got the same NoA1 date. I feel the same about that too, it's hard yet sweet your fellow friends are getting approved before you... this is truly a new test of my patience.

Just sent my letter to my Congressman Dan Lungren... He's chairman of some division of homeland security so... I hope he helps. It's nearing our 6th month mark of our NoA1.

[font="Verdana"]So much to my expectations, I did not receive any phone call regarding the status of my case. Against my better judgment, I phoned the USCIS, and my call got escalated to an Officer.

After having explained my situation to him, here's basically how the conversation went:

Officer: Your application is at the Dept. of State.

Me: Really? No, I'm not sure that that is the case.

Officer: Yes, your application is at the Dept. of State.

Me: That's not what the last two officers at the USCIS told me.

Officer: They were wrong. Your application is at the Dept. of State sir.

Me: I just called the Dept. of State though, they have no record of me or my file- if the USCIS had in reality sent my application to them in November, I ought to be in the system by now.

Officer: My computer is telling me that your application is at the Dept. of State.
......

Our immigration computer system is probably a huge 1975 machine run by monkey's chasing banana's. A good friend of mine from the UK tried coming here with a Visitor's pass and was denied at the gate because our brilliant computer said his Passport wasn't issued in Singapore, Where in fact he renewed it at the High Commission there. A HIGH COMMISSION! Our ridiculous computers don't understand that. So he had to Renew it yet again in the UK at the same type of building...I don't trust our government computers.

I know I haven't participated in this thread for a quite a while but it's nice to hear that the level two support people at USCIS are giving the same information I gave when I saw the first reports of these emails and the emails themselves. The cases are still at TSC. Somebody simply selected the wrong boilerplate for batch of emails. If a petition for an immediate relative is actually transferred that's not the message that gets sent.

What is the message that should be sent?

I think i should change my career to work in USCIS or NVC so I can really see what happens on and what people should do. Although I believe it probably has been done and the person that got the job there was brainwashed haha. I have a family friend who works for USCIS CSC, i'll see what he says and post it later.

I'm here to join all the angry mob against being transferred and waiting too dang long. My NoA1 was Aug 9th, got transferred to TSC and then they notified me yet again with this email:

"*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL ***

The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Initial Review

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

The difference being there is no date like it said before. I was hoping this ment they were actually looking at my case and not saying, "hey it's in our office and we'll get to it when we can" cause they already told me that. My wife is getting ready to work overseas and that means a 1-2year contract, she can't go back to the philippines and get an interview if it's approved. I hope we get notice soon because this is getting redicuouls, almost 5 months and no apporval.
