Came home from a day in the city and found a letter from USCIS in the mail.........YES WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!!!

We did not get an e-mail and our case status is still on Initiall Review but we are sooooo happy :D

Our heads are spinning and we don't know what to next but with the help of this forum we will figure it out :whistle:


We hope and wish that all others will go quick to, so good luck to the people that are still waiting.

Our NOA-2 took 77 days and to get through the NVC to the Consulate it took 8 or 9 days :dance:

I strongly believe it depends on the Case.

Your I-129F will now go to the NVC and they will send it to the Consulate, the Consulate will notify your fiance that they received the Petition.


Follow this guide to the letter and you will be fine.
