USCIS Service Centers	Tracking your group on USCIS	Yes, change the numbers down until the petition type changes from I-129F to something else. Then do the same for numbers above yours. In theory then you will isolate your "group" and can count how many are in it as well as check for approvals etc What if there are no I-129F petitions either side of our number? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July Filers!!!!	I'm still waiting. Booked a flight to the US for 1 December for Christmas and New Year. Had hoped to have the medical before leaving and fly back early, if necessary, for the interview. Now seems unlikely that I will be able to have the medical before flying out. I just wish we would ge the NOA2 because we have all the paperwork we think we need ready. Arggghhhh.... I suppose I should just be glad that I am able to afford to fly. I'm really sorry for those that have been apart for so long. As my fiance said yesterday 'no cuddling sucks'. No cuddling does suck a lot!!!! I'm glad I can afford to fly too and today is the day yeeaaa. I'm off to the airport in about an hour. I just glanced at my phone to check the time and saw a message and was like OMG OMG OMG...of course it didn't say in the text I was approved, it said my case status was updated and to check it. So I did, and was in tears calling my fiancee to tell her the good news...I don't think I've ever been so happy in my life! So very happy for you guys. My fiance made the cheque out to USCIS too and your first post had me very worried. I'm so relieved you got your NOA1!!!! Our petition was received at Dallas Lockbox the day after yours so fingers crossed we hear something today. I will be so glad when we know its at least entered the system. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Cheque for wrong amount sent with I-129f	We sent in the I-129f late June and it was delivered to the Dallas Lockbox on July 1. I obviously didn't start following the posts here early enough because we got confused about the change in application fees for the K1 visa and only sent a cheque for $240 with the packet instead of the $340 required to file the petition. So, my question is, will they just send the packet straight back to my fiance or will we eventually get a NOA1 and then an RFE? He said that petitions with children on them count as extra stats. I wondered whether this may speed up approval? I'm not sure how many people on VJ are doing or have done both K1 & K2. Last years complete tax return and w-2, 1099's and recent pay stubs if there is no question about being above the poverty level requirements.... if your close I would naturally show anything and everything I could. I have been reading about the affidavit of support form I-134 and am wondering if my fiancé has the last 3 years tax transcripts does he still need a letter from his bank listing his deposits for the last 12 months? In the past I recall some VJ members having their background check take longer because of their clearances. Does your fiancee have any sort of political job or connection? Check the regional forum for Australia it has a pinned thread at the top about police checks. Yes you do need to get fingerprints done. I had it done in NSW it costs $175 It was an experience lol.
