My case was trasfered from Nebraska to California and I'm wondering where to send the RFE to..... is it to the address they put in that box on the bottom of the RFE page?? IMBRA Special Topics	My letter to the CIS Ombudsman	But it's a great letter and it should be sent to every frickin' newspaper, newsroom, radio station, any and every media outlet! Why not????? We always keep our problems on the internet...... we should definitely go public and see if they listen to us then! We should have on VJ friend from each state publish this letter, or something like it, on their local newspaper. I'm sure we'd see some results! Come on people....... let's do it! IMBRA Special Topics	Did Anyone Return CSC RFE using Express Service?	So.... I see people sending it to the PO Box and the regular address they put on the RFE..... they both seem to work..... I'll send it overnight with USPS then and send it to the address they gave us on the RFE, and not the address it came from. If there's anything wrong with that you let me know people!!! IMBRA Special Topics	Did Anyone Return CSC RFE using Express Service?	i used overnight with usps and used the address on the rfe. send it last wednesday about 1pm and was there next day at 9 am. Can you tell me what address that was?? Just to make sure it's the same...... I overnighted it to: California Service Center 24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2312 Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 On June 28. They go it on the 29th at 10am. They emailed me that they got my RFE on July 3. So, it might be faster but I"m not sure... Where did you get that address from? IMBRA Special Topics	CSC RFE survey - Who doesn't have it yet?	Nothing here....... sent it on March 3rd, they got it on the 7th and I received my NOA1 on March 12th. IMBRA Special Topics	This is so f**king stressful.....	Well, we got our RFE two weeks ago but we had some problems with having the chance and the time to mail it and still haven't sent it back! I just want to mail that thing and get it over with..... and then just wait! Oh well I know i'm just venting here but I needed too. I was wondering how far back I'm gonna be since we're only gonna send it back tomorrow. 2 weeks? is this a joke? you filed in march and have been through all this and you can't find the chance to mail your rfe? oy vay! Don't judge so fast My fiance was out of town and couldn't come back to sign and mail it... and none of his friends and family could do that for him, of course. He's back in town and mailing the RFE was the first thing he did. Hope we all have good news soon!!! well ya shoulda said so!!! I'm trying to be positive... so let me think this way.... if I sent my RFE back two weeks after the ones that were aproved this week, my NOA2 shouldn't take more than a month..... right? If anything is going to be presented to her, it's the documents the USCIS will request... and it'll be presented to her BY them too. USCIS Service Centers	Overdue Petitioners	The more time the spend communicating or answering questions, the less time and people they have to work on the actual cases themselves. This process is NOT for the impatient or those who expect constant feedback. Just do what they tell you on the airlines... sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! So you think that the people posting our case status online, answering the phone or answering emails are adjucators?? Yes Uling, I think it'd help if we had an idea of how things work and of when we could expect an approval.
