K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	My fiance is driving me nuts :)	I know exactly how you feel and I honestly think after the whole NOA2 frustration we finally have some control of the pace of putting together our paper work for the interview. I know and completely understand so this is one impatient person to another. Relax! There is only so much you can say to express how much you want to get this done with before you frustrate yourself. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Filing Mistake. Not sure what to do, please help.	Usually the only time they flat out deny without even an RFE is if you fail to send what you did send in - that is the application itself is incomplete or you don't send the check. Everything else usually gets an RFE. There have been exceptions of course, but that is the general trend.   My fiance' made the same error and 6 months later we were denied with no RFE being sent to us. USCIS had an incorrect address on their system and sent the letter of denial to a different post office and then after a month of going back and forth with USCIS an address change was done by a tier 2 who admitted it was their fault and has no clue as to why we were not issued an RFE instead just denied. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Vsc proceesing time	It sucks...I want to cry too....i will hit the 7 months waiting on Saturday...and when i called today, a tier2 told me they are processing October 1st and that i should wait 25 more days...i felt so hopeless.... The only thing that made me glad i called was hearing from them that my case seem fine and in order...so hopefully that means no RFE for me....fingers crossed!!   I will continue to pray and bother my congresswoman in hopes to get my NOA2 before the end of the month....my fiance and i are so down and depressed, we have tought about abandoning it all and don't let countries decide our destiny...i know it sounds cheesy but being appart has become so hard, specially because we can't start our lives like we want to...I wish there was an easy way to do it all.   Good luck to you all!   I know how you feel. Its so frustrating to see other dates being processed and then start to feel like your application has gone missing or that something could be wrong. When my fiance' called me this morning at 5:20 and he read it to me all I did was . I am so relieved to finally be able to celebrate the evasive NOA 2. Our first case was denied because we made a huge mistake. So here it is Vjers.   Post Decision Activity On August 26, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.   Thank You Lord for patience. Hang in there guys. When you feel like you are losing hope just remember how far you have come and the end may be in sight. Still praying for us all no matter where in the process we may be. On to the next steps.... The fact that a DS-260 is not needed is indeed general information for all K-1 applicants at this point in time.  I cannot speak for other embassies, but the DS-230 is indeed required at the London Embassy as of this posting.     Yes, The DS230 was replaced by the DS260 but since the website has been updated so have the expiration on the DS230. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Got approved!!!! God did it !!	Hello guys!! Remember me? The guy that missed his interview yesterday cos of traffic in lagos. Hey guys !!!!!! God has done it for me. !!!! Got approved today. Lol. After I came back from the embassy yesterday I knelt down and cried to God.I fell asleep while praying still with my suit on and the songs of praises in my phone was on. A call woke me around 1.47pm and this male voice told me that he just saw the email of rescheduling that we sent and he was touched. He asked me to come for an interview today and he sent me an email to confirm my appoinment for today. Got there today around 5am for a 7am interview. Just like a movie , I got approved.
