Question about G-325A address and employment sections

On the G-325A form does the address need to be full name, street address, city, state? Or can it be just city state/country? I think I read you can do standard/heavy abbreviations for the form.

Question about G-325A address and employment sections

I'm working on finalizing the G-325A and I-130 documents and I'm wondering if I'm going a little overboard.

For the sections on employment and locations of residents I'm making sure there are NO blank spaces. So, for example I haven't lived, or worked in 5-6 different places, only about 2 or 3, I'm putting NONE and N/A's in everything..like:

UNEMPLOYED N/A DATE/DATE

PLACE OF WORK #1 TECHNICIAN DATE/DATE

NONE N/A N/A / N/A

for my residence, and especially for my wife I have to make a continuation page so I have it formated like:

SEE ATTACHED CONTINUATION DOTHAN DATE/DATE

NONE N/A N/A / N/A

I'm basically saying "See attached", but also filling out the stuff that would fit in the boxes....Should I do this, or just put "See attached" and then leave the rest blank and put everything on a continuation page?

Also, i'm filling out all of my forms I-130, G-325A, DS forms and I-864 in ALL CAPS...okay? I know I-864 is the only one stating to put all caps, but I figured it would be okay.

G325A and I-864 form versions

I've printed filled out forms for the I-130, G-325A and I-864. However, going back and checking the USCIS site for updated forms I've noticed my G-325A and I-864 are a revision behind. Will it be okay to file these, sicne the site says previous editions are accepted, or should I transfer this info to the newer forms?

we havent been to st lukes..just got it done here locally in the province. According tomthe document if theres no significant scarring then transfer or waiver is granted. We might be delayed fir the smear but maybe not the culture...Imguess we'll see..we're being hopeful

So..I read the document and saved it. I don't know if I'm 100%, but it seems like they are likely to give transfer treatment to children under 10 years unless they find overwhelming evidence of active TB. All we know is our son's skin test is positive according the doctor, but he's been given the BCG vaccine like most filipinos. Also, they only saw a small singular calcified lymph node that she claims looked like it was healing. I'm not sure if that's possible, or if that counts as a "cavity" or "scar", but to me I have some more hope on not being delayed 2-6 months. I think might do a sputum and just wait for the smear results(?).

It's really hard finding info on children for this. He's 4 years old and my wife is worried he may not be able to provide sputum. Do they have any techniques for acquiring sputum for the young ones?

We're hoping that the spot isn't TB..but we'd like to increase our chances of getting a transfer. Do you think factoring in his age, and IF he starts the treatment that it would increase the chances of getting a transfer? Would they HAVE to do a sputum first? Will they delay processing the mothers application for his, or continue it since they are separate petitions?

I just worry about taking this medicine since there isn't a real set of documentation or records the doctor gave us..There's instructions, but nothing that looks like St. Lukes would accept it...

Iunderstand that, but Ive read posts of people who get aannotation in there passport and then they get a letter while in the US requiring them to get treatment.

I had my wife and step-son get a chest x-ray dne at a local clinic here in RP. My wifes xray came back negative, but step-son had a small calcified lymph nide according to the doctor. She immediately said it was TB and to have a PPD done. Well, according to the doctor the PPD was positive (13mm). However, she said it was healing (?). She gave my wice a prescription for the 3 anti-tb medicines and she bought the, (i didnt want her to).

I want St. Lukes to do the testing and administer treatment if needed so I'm telling the wife just wait until medical (I'm DCF filing on the 14th of Aug). I would rather he get approved treatment, if needed, from St. Lukes then to start this medicine that St. Lukes may not even recognize as treatment. NOTE: He shows NO symptoms..no cough, sneezing, bleeding, weight loss or fatigue..acts just like a normal 4 year old.

Some questioms....

How possible would it be for them to allow the child to travel to the US on a MED B2 to recieve treatment since mother has negative?

If they would alloow it wold they first do a sputum, or no?

I'm hoping my wife doesnt have to leave her son here for a couple of months if he has to undergo treatment at St Lukes for 6 months... or would they delay her approval until his was done?

Written explanation of no income/taxes

Yes..these are all good responses. i was a little unsure what I should put into the I-864 form for the year. NO FILE, N/A or what. I didn't work or draw unemployment last year and I have no savings or investments. After splitting with the ex she took everything...she dried up the investments before 2012 though so no I didn't earn any interest or anything.

Written explanation of no income/taxes

I did not have any income for the 2012 tax year (ZERO income). I'm not required to file taxes based on I'm under the minimum required income. I'm also not planning on filing for the sake of the I-864 so I need a written explanation of why I was not required to file taxes.

I was wondering if anyone had an example, or could provide the IRS link to the requirements I could use in my written explanation. I'm just a little confused on how I should word it, and if I should print something out from the IRS website showing it.

I have the instructions and the forms filled out. I'm trying to make sure they're 100% before spending the money to ship here.

I was under the impression that you wouldn't mention the step son on wife's affidavit, nor the wife on step sons affidavit since they're 2 different petitions. I think that also leads to counting them twice, as well.. not sure though.

Quick I-864 question for Co-sponsor

So, I'm needing a co-sponsor since I did not work last year. My aunt has no problems filling that role for me. She's never been married and has no dependents. I want to make sure I have her forms done correctly (I'm doing most of the filling out to save her hassel).

I think we all are starting to really feel the frustration of just waiting. I'm a Nov 2012 filer and I am starting to worry like crazy since 5 months has passed. USCIS still says I am within the processing time so now i feel like :bonk:

Vermont Service Center - What's going on!

This is true. If you go on the USCIS processing section of their page you see that their goal to complete each case is 5 months. They say however that it will be finished in 6 months, and their average time is 7 months for an approval. They haven't gotten to the point of reaching their goal on a frequent basis. I found all this info on the USCIS website where you can check the status of your case. My case was processed in 7 months exactly. Best of luck to you all.

Vermont Service Center - What's going on!

My fiance' who is in the military called on Friday to check up on our case since we are Nov filers and passed 5 months April 13. He was told he could not file a service request because the new time frame is 6 months and then only can he file. Yes I was furious and since I am not allowed to call and will be given no info unless he is on the line and we conference call. So... VSC is drastically dropping in numbers and now we need to really do something before they completely stop processing.

Nov filer and so frustrated. From whats being updated by VJers it seems there is a few dates that have been skipped and if so are these RFE's or have they just not updated their timelines?? Counting the days weeks and months is just making this so much more worse!

Early November filer

I'm a Vermont service center case and I'm just wondering if any November filers have received their noa2 yet I'm getting more and more anxious and I'd like to rest my mind a bit so if any November filers could post and let me know their progress that would be great

I received NOA1 Nov 13,2012 and there has been someone same NOA1 date that has been approved so I am right there with you. It is so frustrating just having to wait and anxiety does not help either. Good Luck hoping we hear something soon

I have the same problem. We are exactly a month apart. My Noa1 date is Nov 13, and if you try to submit and e-request it says we are still within processing time so my fiance' called USCIS and told them that dates past ours have been receiving their NOA2 and we are still waiting. Insist on a service request and ask for a tier 2 representative if necessary.

K1 November 2012 status

anyone send their paper in november 2012?

i send my K1 and was process Nov 28h 2012 to vermont ofice, i got my noa1 . how long more for a decision?

I filed at Vermont too Noa1 Nov 13 so I really hope they approve mine soon. There have been many approvals there after so I'm sure you will get yours soon
