Unless your just lucky enough to fall into the lap of a decent rookie. And there is no way I would hire an attorney that I couldn't go see face to face...i.e. www.lawyer.com I've had a great experience with all of my attorney's but they all come recommended and I still interview them before retaining. Can anyone tell me how to find out if their case has been "touched"? I see several people stating this and i was curious how they found out. I never received a hard mail copy of my NOA1, but when i called USCIS, they gave me a receipt number over the phone. It's a bit scary not to have received a physical hard copy however. Thank you. Go to the USCIS Website and create an account with the receipt number they gave you.
