Please consider waiting. If the relationship is meant to b at so young an age, it will survive until you are both in better positions. do you really wanna marry someone u never met in person or spend time with in person? your still young so i guess you wouldnt understand. there is no way you will get approved. sorry If finances make it prohibitive to meet, you will also find the financial requirements for visa approval and adjustment of status prohibitive. You are not ready. Your finances are not ready. You are in no position to even consider such a move. Finish school, get a job, save money, mature a few years and then reevaluate. The K-1 process alone costs close to $2000, then to cost to move here... if you can't afford to meet, you can't afford the K-1. $2000.00..... ..... Also, don't wait around for packet 4...because there is no packet four. The simple instructions above will guide you to the promised land. Tahoma is right on, follow the instructions given .....
