K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	notarized / certified translation ?	I had a friend translate e-mails and sign the statement saying she is fluent (conversant) in both languages. I did a similar thing for brith certificates and other foreign documents. You do not need to spend that much for translation. He told me that this should not be a problem that the date is before I actually mailed it in. The information they of course have is the same as I checked on-line saying an approval notice has been sent. Our names and address are all fine, just that the "received date" is a day before I even mailed it out. It say the 16th of February and I mailed everything on the 17th of February. Do I really need to call customer service and tell them about this, or am I just worrying too much? Thanks. Thats kind of weird. Makes you wonder if they have the right petition. Normally the dates wouldnt matter but they have a reciept date for a petition that wasnt even there yet! Its probably nothing big but I personally would call to make sure they approved YOUR petition. You can call and speak with someone to ask (I suggest late at night) or you can send an e-mail. The latter worked the best for me. Knowing how quickly VSC often moves and seeing the number of NOA2s for February filers, at what point should I start to worry and think about calling USCIS to find out something? I know it's still early yet, but I haven't even had a touch yet. Looking at your timeline they give the approximate adjucation of March 11, so just be patient.
