K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	G-325A Question... thanks!	Okay so I know this is not the first time I have asked a silly question about this form, but here goes. I was looking over the example G-325A forms given on this site and notices that in the section marked "This form is submitted in connection with application for" and you have to check one of 3 boxes... well the example forms show page one being marked "other: I-129F Petition" and then pages 2, 3 and 4 marked "naturalization." I am clearly still a newbie to the whole process. rebex, The question is applicable, and on any other form I would say to answer it appropriately. But this is the G-325A - aside from checking that there are 4 signed copies it doesn't get looked at. If you are concerned, yes you can cross out the 'N/A' and fill in an appropriate answer. Yodrak So here is another question... My Cuban fiancé just put N/A and then in the list above it says "see attachment." Is this a problem? Should that part be filled in instead of the N/A? And if this is the case... can I just print it in in black ink being as he already mailed me the signed copies? Thanks. rebex, Good question. My sense is that few USCs have ever worked abroad, while most aliens would have their last job abroad at the top of the list above. I am a USC who does happen to have worked outside the USA, and my last job outside the USA was in the list above, but I repeated it anyway. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Quick help with G325A	My Lawyer left that one blank. They use these forms for other visas and the AOS too so the questions are designed tocover more than the K1 visa. When it came to do my AOS I had to fill it out differently. I thank you heavenly Father for leading us this far, and for bringing my love and I together that day so long ago in Cuba. Now we are expecting our first child and we just pray dear heavenly Father that we can be together in each others arms during her birth next Month Father. We are so close, Father, to fullfilling this dream. He had his interview last week and he has his bags packed ready to come here, however they put us on Administrative Process. Father we are just asking you to guide the hearts of all of the people reviewing our documents in Washington, to review them in a speedy manner and with their hearts and minds open. We both have clean records and all we want is to be together for the birth of our first angel and to marry immediately. In Jesus name I pray. Amen Lord Jesus I want to agree in prayer that you would allow these two people so much in love to be together for the birth of their first child. You are always with us and will never leave us. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	How did you?	cool. another thing, does it have to be in english or in their native language, and can you use the same copy for both me and him. as well as, the letter of how we met has to be 2 differnt ones, like his storry or mines or can we just type it up ad both sign it, i dont know ive herd many stories, thats why im asking It is recommended you have a signed letter from both you and the beneficiary (fiance). Everything should be in English, so have them translated if need be or just write both in English. That is what I did... though I just sent all my stuff in, so that might not be as much help. But do for sure have two letters of intent, each one signed by whoever wrote it.
