Thanks The doctors at the medical won't as they deal purely with the visa process. I would take with you documentation (like a letter from your doctor) to show that you have been checked out and your doctor is happy there is no threat to your health. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 08 K1 Filers	Hello Mzmo1102 Sorry I didnt check that thread yet, when i'm too sad about this progress i hate to go in here But as for now we sended it in 2 days ago, I have the tracking number and everything will be fine, it shows that it should arriave at vermont on 4th November, but I still count myself as October filer after this long and hard journey already so far xD But i'm very sorry to hear that the same thing happend to you, did you also use vermont? Remember to send it via fedex or something and get the tracking number, we didnt do it before and its such a relief to know where our papers is at in the world. Who knows, lets hope for the best, atleast now we are experienced, but our patience is soon running out. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	N/A or none?	Hi Im new here Me and my fiance is filling the I-129F and the G-325A (correct me if im wrong) atm. After i read about people where being declined because they didnt write anything in a box or even if they wrote N/A where they were supposed to write "none". So my question is when do we write N/A and when do we write NONE? Is there any boxes we just leave? EX: In the G-325A it says "husband or wife , if none so state", we wrote none, but what about the other boxes where it says first name, birthday, date of marriage etc. do we just leave them or write N/A or none? The bank person might not know what to look for and you might not know what it looks like to describe the number. It's only been a few days since the check was cashed. My hard copy of the receipt NOA1 took a week to 10 days to finally come in the mail. Did you track your package to the USCIS with fed-ex or registered mail? If so, then you know for sure it was delivered. If it was delivered, then they are the ones that cashed the check. Call the USCIS yourself and ask about the receipt, but it's probably a little early still to expect it. No my fiance did not track it, he said he couldn't send it via that option at his post office, he sended it as buisness unfortantly. He tried to call them but they just say they cannot do anything without a case number :s. Oh well, i guess i just gotta wait and see what happends. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	About case number	Hi all My fiance sended our K-1 petition to the VSC on 31th July, he wrote a normal paper check, no electronical. So it seems like it was cashed at 20th August, but we did not recieve a NOA1 so far, so earlier he called the bank and asks for the number on the check, and it seems like there IS NO number on it (case number), so now the bank think it's fraud.. The bank would investigate it, and call the USCIS to confirm if they cashed it or not. So .. now i'm just waiting and i really hope its just a misunderstanding or something, because i really don't feel like doing it all over again and be delayed. My question is; is there any chance that it was actually cashed by USCIS, but they did not put a case number behind it? Or maybe the bank cannot show it? Maybe something else? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Another medical question	Hi all I know that i'm still early in the process, but I like thining ahead. The case is that I discovered a lump in my breast about 1 year ago, went to the doctor, then I was assigned to the hospital, they scanned me and everything, they said that there was nothing to worry and its totally normal in my age (18), and on the scanning i even had 2 in the same breast, but i was told there was no need to worry, and if they annoyed me i should come back. One of them started to hurt, so I got a bit worried, I got another appointment and told them I was considering to get it removed, but they strongly adviced me not to, since the doctor said it will just hurt more to get it removed, he told me, if im lucky it will go away by itself. So my questions basicly is, I read that the doctor at the medical interview checks your breast if you are a female, when he/she discover it what should I do? Its not like I have papers from the other hospital that its okay and not dangerous, they keep that for them selfs. Any advice? I had an abortion on the hospital when i was 16, I was 8 weeks pregnant, and I got a medical abortion and everything went well. Now I just read that they might deny me the visa because of this in another thread? I dont understand what does an legal abortion have to do with getting the K-1 visa? Maybe I'm the one who has misunderstood something, but i never heard of it before, and i can't seem to find the reason why it would possibly make me uneligible? I never thought of it.
