Philippines	Anyone missing vaccinations from St Lukes?	Hello,   When I Sister-in-Law had her medical she was told they, St. Likes, was 'out' of 2 of her required vaccinations and that she should call back on Oct 9th.   So she did.   And was told that they only had one of them in stock at this time and she could schedule a time to come back and get that one.   I do not see any others commenting that they were missing any vaccinations from their medicals...   Any ideas on what is going on?   She was told that she could get them here in the US and while that is true, we paid for them there at St.Lukes and getting them here in the US will be pretty pricy...   Is it normal to be 'out' of meds like this?   -Phil	PhiLandShiR	Female	Philippines	2014-10-09 15:35:00

As is noted, each application is different but I would start counting from the date your fees were corrected. And then allow up to a month for the government to be slow. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Vermont Service Center frustrations...	I understand its not easy. Just hang in there. Ours took 129 days and our interview was 178 days after our NOA1 date. You can do a search in the VJ database and specify the NOA1 and NOA2 dates to get a pretty good idea how you stand. Good luck, be strong, We all go through this and we all got angry at the slow pace but in the end I know it will be worth it for you. I know it was for me!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	After my fiance got his k-1 visas in Nov. he went purchase a ticket using that visa to go to a different country instead of coming here to the USA	Is it possible to check with INS to see if the visa was ever used? This could tell you where the POE was and allow a search from there. Its also possible that the goal here was to simply get a copy of a valid visa to duplicate and allow a visa scam to take place. I got an attorney who at least sent everything to the right place but he sat on our application for 4 weeks before finally letting me know he needed an original from Shirryl rather than a scanned copy. So we wasted 3 more weeks getting it from the Philippines and then a few more days to send it to him. Total loss was almost 2 months of time. At this point I can't get a response from him via email and so far I have not actually called him. I guess we wait a few more weeks to see if I get a RFE or not... I told them I really wanted a copy of the NOA2 when it was sent so I guess I wait and see if they can get one to me. It's nice to hear thoughts from fellows . Anyway, as posted on the USCIS site, we waited patiently for the approval for 6months until I saw VJ. This was when we started to get worried. In fairness to my fiance, he started calling customer service when I found this site and saw the trend visa processing timeline. He called me this morning to inform me that he got the response by mail already. Our papers are on security check indeed. We just don't understand why it is taking so long on security check... Hopefully soon, we will get a positive result...it's just getting harder now being away from each other...Please pray for us. Thanks a lot again... Have your SO contact his Congressman and Senator. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Error made in G-325 Form and K1 petition is now in USEM	I just notice seconds ago that I made a mistake in my G325 Form. In Applicant's residence last five years, I put a wrong year (i put 2004) instead of a correct year (it should be 2007). Is there any way how to correct this? Can I correct this on my interview? Well... at this point I would simply have a document ready to submit in case you get RFE. Also make sure your girl is aware of this error and also has a copy of your statement declaring the error. In my opinion, its not a major issue. Others may disagree... I would also suggest you follow the don't ask, don't tell line and don't volunteer information. Of course, if you are questioned on it, by all means tell the truth.
