This made me feel good about the coming days...we are a little over 7 months already and I pray we'll be next to receive our NOA2 soon!!! :-) I also wish the same for the rest who are also waiting for their approvals. Just a quick question...are these recent approvals sought help from their politicians? No, because there have been over 50 approvals in the last 3 days. They are not because of congressmen. It just appears that the CSC is going into overdrive! they are approving cases at unprecedented rates! lets remember that the old rate for the last 6 months was about 1 approval every few days lol!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Wow! We got action!	I was searching the RFE posts today since I also got an RFE. The petitioners in California seem to get it within 3-4 days of mailing but some said it took them 3-4 business days to mail, so don't be suprised if you get a second notice with an RFE date in a few days, that's just the notice of mailing. I followed the VJ guidelines, but still got an RFE, hope it's an easy fix. I got 2 notifications via both text and email to each one. Does that mean they already mailed it out? I was pointing out that they arent doing any processing with the ones that have been already filed. Its all but come to a complete halt with less than 4 approvals in the last month. The long wait is over!    I got notified today, Saturday, at 6:28 AM!!!!!!!!!   How crazy is that???   The ironic thing is that 1 day before the approval I was asking "Where is God's victory?" and I was getting nervous!   Here is a related verse:   [2:214] Do you expect to enter Paradise without being tested like those before you? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April RFEs	Did you try calling the actual USCIS? (1-800-375-5283) or are you trying to reach the CSC somehow? I've usually had good luck trying to get through to the USCIS. Just have your WAC# ready. When they give you the update on your status, you need to hit the button that allows you to talk to a representative (they say: "If there is a problem with your case, please dial x") If that person can't answer your question, then tell them you want to be transferred to the higher level, they are definitely a lot more helpful and have more power in accessing your file.   Give it a shot and let me know what happens       Yes Ive spoken to them multiple times, I just start smashing all the buttons until it gets to a representative. That's definitely on the long side...Usually they turn those around within 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure that you should be receiving your NOA2 soon, I just don't know what's taking them so long with the RFE?   Stay positive, I know it's hard during these rough times but all we can do is pray and hope for the best.
