K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	TSC makes me *fùç**** crazy! Sorry for spaming my "waste" here right now, but I want to let my feelings out now! :'-( I can't help it! I'm sooooooooooooo tired of waiting!!! Sorry for being so impatient and rude but I can't help myself anymore. I'm really losing all faith and I don't know what to do anymore! Since a few days I start to ask myself if all this here was correct!! I love my Baby really so much but is this right??? :'-( Why are people have to go through such a torture and some are MORE as others!?! Sorry, but I really have NO criminal background I was just getting one time denied when I wanted to see him again on June 30th for another 2 months, but I didn't know that I couldn't go after being just two weeks in germany........ We had never a thought about INTENT to immigrate! I know that it's just "3 months" what some of you would start to think now, LOL , but NO, when you have NO Job and have to sit every single day in your parents house for the NOA2 and no own car, THAN I bet some of you can imagine a little better my situation! I've been sitting here since 5 months and wait! Because I came back on June 17th (from a 2 months stay) from the US and we STARTED the papers with an attorney in July, so since June im sitting here and wait!! I'm freakin'out inside of me every single day!!! This is super bulls... sorry!!! I could right now start to cry in my pillow again,..... I don't even want to hear that we are close to it anymore, because this can't be true! There is nothing since over 3 damn months happening! And the luck seems to be not on our site!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	Cooongraaats! :-) I really start to ask me how they want to approve me and my fiance within the next 2 months (than we will have reached the 5 months waiting limit for NOA2).... When i see how many people are still waiting from august and there are always more september or october fillers getting approved!!! o.O What happens after the 5 months? Should we start to call everyday? I would do certainly the next day after 5 months waiting for NOA2 I promise that on god!!!!! Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case... I read that after the message I can get my approval soon but today is two weeks since I got the message and I still dont have the approval. I am so sad and I miss my husband so much. Please could you help me with more information about the message? Thanks  You Fiancé was just getting a alien # and that means someone was looking at your case now! We had that on october 9th 2013! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	Yes Trisha, my fiance and I filed August 14, and still nothing, my case hasn't been touched since Sept. 5 with the alien no. change and that's it...wonder why it's taking so long Yeah i know how you feel as you can see on my timeline below! I don't understand it either,..... Here are people on this website who were getting approved between 12 and 30 days(!!!) Ô.o I don't know how all this can be possible but I'm that depressed and stressed already that my hair is falling out way to much as just 100 hair a day lol! :-/ And than you get just to hear "you are in normal processing time, stay calm" lmao LOL! Yeah good & easy to say when you're already approved and one step further after already 12 or 20 or what ever how many days waiting!! They also have maybe other private situation's, they work or whatever have things to do, that time is passing by faster! It is frustrating waiting while you see others who  applied in sep are getting there NOA2.. Aww well i guess thats how the system works lol   Adrian Wow, we feel the same :-C!! We sent our petition on august 9th and still nothing from TSC! On october 9th they changed our alien #, but that's it! My situation is really bad, because I'm waiting since months(!) for it in my parents house, because I don't have a job anymore, I was a flight attendant and my company was getting bankrubed so I was going to him for 2,5 months,..... Came back to germany for two weeks & than wanted to go back to him for 2 more months(without a visa, just waiver program).... I was getting denied at POE :-(! Send back to germany,..... That most countries in europe have..... It is the ESTA. They canclled my ESTA Status and told me I could only come back to the US with a ViSA for work or any other Visa that you have to apply for.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	Hello everybody, we sent our case on August 9. and received our NOA1 on August 15. first via E-Mail and than a few days later via mail the hard copy. I'm looking everyday online for our case, but nothing new yet.... ?? I haven't seen him since 3,5 months!!! And we finally see each other again on September 27th ??? can't wait..... My question is, if it's getting harder for you to get approved when you have been denied by the country one time.... ?? That's what happend to me and is it now harder to get approved?? I didn't do anything bad that by the way! I still don't really know why I was getting denied.... I wish all of you and us a short and stress free visa journey!!! Love is always stronger...??? I fly on sunday to the united states and it's been over a year for me since I was there due to my denied entry in the end of june 2013, what a horrible experience, but this time I come with Visa! :-) Wish me luck guys. OUR INTERVIEW IS ON MARCH 28, 2014!!! SO IN 6 daaayyss!!!!! I <3 The German Embassy hahaha Soooooooo happpy!!! This journey is almost over! Because I was preparing all documents since weeks.... And still a little worried after 10 times checking if everything is in it... :-S it is so exciting.... Since march 12, 2014 we wait since 7 months for our K1 Visa, really excited, last steps.... Everybody, that is still waiting, please don't give up! I know sooooo good how y'all feel and when the NOA2 is there time will run for y'all! I couldn't believe it either but it's true! Since our NOA2 approval and packet3 it's been only 1 month and I did already my medical and all,... This month was running! The case was arriving at NVC on march 3rd, 2014 and was getting transferred to my embassy in germany on march 6, 2014! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	I believe the DS160 only needs to be completed by your fiancé (not the petitioner) before going to the interview, and my understanding is that the Affidavit of Support does not need an original signature, so can be e-mailed to your fiancé and then printed out. It's been a few months since I researched this, so I could be wrong or there may be an update. Perhaps someone else can confirm (or correct)... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	I'm so happy to hear that things are finding moving forward (and quickly) for you and your fiancé!   I've been following your trials and tribulations and I'm where you were about a month ago. At 5.5 months, we just received an absurdly vague response to a service request ("additional review" and "communication within 90 days" - uuugh!) and are feeling rather despondent. I keep going back to your example, of how you kept at it and pushed for answers and take heart from the fact that everything came through in the end. By the way, do you think that it was the Congressman that made the difference, or...?    Thanks for sharing the ups and downs of the process and best of luck with these next steps!  We have in the end no idea what REALLY helped us to get the NOA2, .... It prolly was the help of the senator but you can never to 100% say it was him. We are really really thankful though for his help, I mean in the end of this 6 months of waiting you were putting your hopes on every little blade of grass... It is really hard when you don't see the light at the end of the tunnel and that's why I understand truely everybody here very very good that is still waiting for NOA2. I'm a very emotional person and had so far the hardest time of my life with waiting for the NOA2 and have never been sleeping so often on wet pillows like in this 6 months, but it is truely worth it, especially because I can see how fast everything is moving now, I'm speechless. Ok BEFORE I start the DS-160 because I always read from people who say it is this or this answer, what do I have to take now for checking the status, NONIMMIGRANT VISA OR IMMIGRANT VISA.... I'm sorry just so happy to finally get the case number after waiting for everything so long, it is so exciting lol I really appreciate it so much that everything is moving much faster now, one or two weeks is nothing compared to what we were going through.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	hiya trisha89,   I don't know if this was already asked - but I noticed that you've already done your medical exam before getting your packet 3. How do you know where to go/what to do? Does germany have assigned clinics for medical exams? I was under the assumption that you had to wait for instructions from the local consulate before getting the medical done?  After we got the NOA2 I was going here in Germany - Frankfurt to the medical yes! They are open on mandays, tuesdays and thursday's from 7:30 until 11 am where you don't need an appointment to make the medical! You can just come there and do it all.... It was very friendly.... Everyone was very nice. I did it this early, because I know from two other german friends who had also this K1 journey, that everything is moving waaaaaaay faster for us once you already have the NOA2.... The german embassy which is for the K1 also in Frankfurt (Germany) is working really really fast once they got the petition from the NVC..... And the validity of the medical is 6 months, so I did my medical on february 24th and the NVC has already our case since march 3rd... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	Hi all!   Woke up on an extremely happy note!   101 days after our NOA1 we finally received our NOA2 last night! We are so so happy and hopefully the rest of the process goes smoother and a bit quicker, especially as we took the liberty to gather nearly all needed papers for the interview haha. Yes yes yes, this tuesday just got so much better!   I hope those remaining November filer will get their NOA2 ASAP!  Congratulatioooons to y'all :-), things are moving faster now! The others I'm crossing my finger's that y'all hear good news really fast! Hold your head up and always remember it will come My fiance called nvc last night again (after he called them in the morning already) and they told him, that our petition made it there, but it isn't in their system yet , glad to know it is there. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	We got our NOA2 also at 9pm in the evening, my fiance called me at 4 in the morning german time and I was sooooo happy after 6 months and 3 days of waiting for it..... We were filling also with an immigration attorney and we asked the senator of his state for help after 4 months of waiting.... BUT we didn't really hear anything from him after 5 and a half months of waiting..... We had to write him a letter..... That he is allowed to get informations for our case from USCIS. The Lady that was checking me was so nice! Everything is fine and the documents are getting send to the embassy in Germany now (also in Frankfurt) I am truely so happy!! X-ray, vaccinations, everything is good :-) And we were getting last Friday our NOA2 hardcopy in mail and the USCIS was changing our status online, also on Friday, that it is getting shipped to NVC now!! I was so happy last night when i get the text message and the e mail .
