My sister is at the NVC Affidavit of Support stage and apparently she doesn't make enough money for her husband therefore needs a Joint Sponsor. The problem is that even though I make enough to help them out I just recently file a Affidavit of Support for my wife. Am I allow to sponser a second immigrant? Well, my fiance and I have decided to cancel the Patition and just get married in the Philippines then Fill form I-130 to bring her here. The problem that am having is that I read somewhere that I still have to Fill the I-129F with my I-130? I always thought that the only forms needed was the I-130? Do I make a appointment or do I just walk to the Embassy gates and tell them what I need. Please if anyone has marrried in Philippines give me some Ideas plz!!! Help us please!! -alex Ok, what happen is that she wants a wedding in her country but since she can't come to US while married she are going to cancel this fiance patition and just marry in her country, then once am back in the US I am going to fill again for her as my wife using the I-130 but do I again have to resummit a I-129f forms? alex, Three dangerous words, "I read somewhere". Filing an I-129f petition for a spouse is an option that is available to you when you get to that point. But what has this got to do with cancelling your I-129f for fiancee, getting married, and going for a spousal visa instead of a fiance(e) visa? Yodrak .... US Citizenship General Discussion	Naturalization coming..	No she got her green card on 2/28/08 so I guess we can send her packet now, right? It will be 3 years in Feb/2011.. Was her Green Card issued before 2007/05/29? In that case (only) you can send in the N-400 prior to 2010/02/28. The other thing is that if my wife is basically under my care wouldn't it be me who they are asking for?? Not everyone has a c/o portion to their address. Yeap I did report my change of address to them everytime we moved so we are gone on that for sure. Thanks for the advise brother.. I would not send it until you receive an RFE (you may not) - they tend to misplace things sent without the proper case number (which the RFE gives you). I remembered one thing I did NOT sent with my I-751 petition and want to see what you guys think I should do. On the petition it asks you to list the address that we have lived and since we have lived at 3 different place I would need to send a seperate page. I didn't do that because I was in a hurry to send our petition. Should I send this address page to them now on a seperate envelope now listing where we have lived before we get RFE?
