Just got notice this morning that the NVC has received my approved petition and has assign us a case number. My question is, is it to early to E-mail the DS-3032 Choice of Agent to the NVC? Do I have to wait until they have generated or does it matter? Can someone here tell me if they have sent it in early and it has worked for them?

On question #2, if my wif's maiden name is "Maria Sanchez Martinez" she will write it there on this space right? Next on the same question by initials, does it mean "Maria S. In Q#22 of yours Ness&Keith, i dont understand NVC why they instructed you to put in your non-working dates. I have a gap of at 7 months between my two jobs and they didn't marked it red.

Aurea, i got my passport when i was married and it shows my full name with two last names, hypenated. It is my first passport. And since i didn't have any idea about this before, i put in N/A in Q#2. Applying your situation to mine since its kinda same, i should have put in my married name since its the first time i got a passort, aight?

guys, i'm waiting for the result of the second DS i sent in.. it's been 9 days already, yet same old response from the automated machine.. (((sigggghhhh)))

Its Tuesday morning for me now and I just got done calling the NVC to see if my DS-3032 has been generated but still the recording has not changed since they enter my petition into the system. What is going on with the NVC? I am going to see my asawa in few days and will be out of the country for about a month. Please advise me on what to do guys!!

I know that most of this info will atleast ease the mind of some of us here. With that said now I have this to ask. What happens if the beneficiary is pregnate? Do you or can anyone here bring some light to my question?
