What is Perimenopause?
Perimenopause marks the time when your body begins the transition to menopause. It includes the years leading up to menopause — anywhere from two to eight years — plus the first year after your final period. There is no way to tell in advance how long it will last OR how long it will take you to go through it. It's a natural part of aging that signals the ending of your reproductive years.

Signs and Symptoms
Perimenopause causes changes in your body that you may or may not notice. For most women, the discomforts associated with perimenopause are minimal and manageable. Some things you might experience in the perimenopause years include:

Changes in your menstrual cycle (longer or shorter periods, heavier or lighter periods, or missed periods)
Hot flashes (sudden rush of heat from your chest to your head)
Night sweats (hot flashes that happen while you sleep)
Vaginal dryness
Sleep problems
Mood changes (mood swings, sadness, or irritability)
Pain during sex
More urinary infections
Urinary incontinence
Less interest in sex
Increase in body fat around your waist

IT's called Pre- PMS, menoupause can start 10 years before it truly goes into affect. The only way to stop it is to have a baby.. THIS IS TRUE..

Mrs. P, that is PMS... I use to have those feeling, I felt like I could kill someone.. I use to think there are many women who are in jail because they had one of these mood swings, and acted on it. I just stay away from people when I am in one of these moods. I have gone to work, walked into the office and one of these feelings have hit me, I just turn around and go right back home. Drug mules increase as economic crisis worsens

THE NARCOTICS police are reporting that more people are attempting to smuggle drugs out of the country as the economic crisis deepens.

"Drug-smuggling is a lucrative business and with the economic meltdown, more couriers are trying to move drugs out in small portions," Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Carlton Wilson, head of the Narcotics Division, told The Sunday Gleaner.

The cops have arrested more than 670 persons allegedly involved in drug-smuggling since the start of this year.

This means they will be searching more luggage, and asking more questions if you are travelin alone. They will be looking at the frequency of your isits aswell.

Ellsinlove, you do realize that your SO will be here within the next 60 days, are you ready? It seems that the K! interviews goes a lot quicker than marraige base visa. Lord why is that, but I guess we married folks don't need to be together.

DOH! blink.gif Do you really think it may be so fast? I was thinking we may not have an interview for about 3 months but of course, there's no way to predict the immigration process times. I don't think I AM ready for him to be here that quickly! I have to get this junior one bedroom ready for another person and I'm a little bit of a packrat and have been steadily decluttering over the past months. Guess I better hop to it and start making some room. Does anyone else have trouble getting rid of clothes even though you know you'll probably never wear them again??

The issue of married couples having to wait longer than those going through the K-1 is probably one of the biggest injustices of immigration. I wish for everyone in that situation that it went faster. I wonder if with Obama's new administration there will be any changes for the better?

Mrs. P, I also believe that your friends knows more than what she is telling you, so what you find out she may already been aware of it. If he has a 10year visitor visa, than he is just looking for free room and board for awhile, and a one way ticket back home.

RJ I like your thinking, I would hope that this sista wouldn't just allow this foolnish. I want to know what the passport says ohmy.gif

With a 10 year visa he can come and go as he please, he can stay for 6 mos, then go home for a week, then he can come back for 6 more months. But what he can't do on a 10 year visa is work, since the economy is bad right now, those jobs which they were able to get under the table are no longer available. He will play that heart string as long as he can, he knows the baby is a meal ticket right now.

Mrs. P, she is not ready to let go. It's just how we as woman are, we are fixer, we believe we can fix this broken this. Nurtures, we want to make everyone happy, even if we are misearable. If you look into her past you will see this is a pattern, some worst than the others. We all tend to go after the same type of man over and over again. We never fix what is broken.

Her situations is harder now, because he will control her heart string with the baby.

Mrs. P, I'm sorry that you are on the edge of this drama, but we know there are somethings we can't prevent. If he is married and you take the wife to her, she will still believe him. It's that woman thing, no woman wants to admit that they have been had.

It's that I just want to believe and give him one more chance attitude.

The UK has toughen their visa policies for Jamaican nationals, that I don't know how they would rank those nationals who have GC's. But they will still have to get a visa because they will be traveling on a Jamaican passport.
