Oana31, im still at NVC...I got my NOA2 6 weeks ago and i've been stuck there for 5 weeks and 3 days...my pacience is running out and since i can call NVC everyday, i do that and everytime i hear that "We are sorry but ur case is still in AP, and there is no time frame", i feel like i have something bitter in my mouth... Someone here asked if calling their senator helps when ur case is at NVC...by advise is: wait a week and then call ur senator or congressman, whoever,,, for me is kinda late now, but if i knew i would stay 6 weeks here i would have totally call them after the first week...The longest k1 case that stayed at NVC so far, as much as i know, is cdneh who stayed their for 7 weeks and 2 days and im kinda getting there...anyway guys, just pray for me since im getting weaker and this reflects in my daily talks with my babe... praying for you, Nate	Natan	Male	Romania	2009-01-16 14:36:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	JUNE 2008 K1 FILERS CSC ONLY!!	thanks panterchen... my worry is that i will not be able to get to my own wedding in time ... the thing is that people there usually wait for 5-6 weeks which means 1 month and a half,,,so let's say the half of month is december and then the entire january...hopefully my papers will get to bucharest in 4 days after that and then i would still have time like 2 weeks here in romania to have the interview and get the visa, since i planned on leaving on february 18th... i dont know, it's simply sad what these people are doing: 2 RFEs and now an AP...hmm such is life...God is in control !!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	JUNE 2008 K1 FILERS CSC ONLY!!	well, looks like NVC had a gift for me today: an AP that can bring me a delay somewhere from a couple of weeks up to a couple of months...When i got the news on the phone from that lady there i felt like something hit me in the head...but after i hang up i felt like a voice was telling me to remember how thankful i was to God when i got the NOA2 and how close to Him i felt back then, so i should do the same thing in hard times too: it's not like i can change anything but do it worse by worrying so : DONT WORRY BUT PRAY AND TRUST GOD IS AT WORK... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	JUNE 2008 K1 FILERS CSC ONLY!!	hey guys... i dont know what to think about NVC anymore, kiwie... i did some research here and there and everyone was saying that after you get NOA2, NVC will take only a week to send it to the local consulate but in my case i've been waiting for this to happen the last 3 weeks... i received NOA2 on december 3rd and since then no word from NVC except: "We are still processing it and this process doesnt have a time frame", anyway, ill continue to call them every other day, since it doesnt cost me to much: 1 cent per minute... anyway, God knows why this happens and as im sure you all know: GOD'S PLAN IS ALWAYS PERFECT... enjoy the last christmas unmarried, since we all, with Lord's help, will get married next year sometimes (GO MARCH )	Natan	Male	Romania	2008-12-23 05:12:00

Ok, so here are the answers to my fiance visa related questions for the embassy: 1. they will send us the forms that we need to fill so we will not have to fill and print the forms to a laser printer as i was asked to do for my tourist visa. 2. i can give them my cellphone number and they will call me when they get the package at the consulate in order for me to come and pick it up myself since i dont trust the romanian post office (i had some unpleasant experiences regarding the romanian post office) 3. the medical check is available for 1 year 4. i can set the interview date for my k1 visa 7-10 days after they receive the completed forms they asked for from my package. 5. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	JUNE 2008 K1 FILERS CSC ONLY!!	well, the hand writing is visible and my babe says that in english the word "print" is used also for handwriting, but anyway i called the us embassy in bucharest and they told me that i should call tomorrow since they only answer fiancee questions by 12pm... so i will call them tomorrow, since i have like 5 questions to ask them... i will also ask them about how long is an affidavit of support valid... if anyone else has other question that they would like me to ask for them at the embassy, write me till tomorrow at 10am (Romania time of course) blessings.... TYPE OR PRINT IN BLACK INK... but she wrote the form with handwriting with a black ink pen...and then she legalized it... now, what did you other guys did? did your fiancee or fiance wrote this form on the computer and print it out or handwriting? the thing is that it's legalized but still... do you think i should tell my fiancee to send me another I-134 form? printed and legalized ? blessings, nate.... As for you Evian dont lose hope, our God is a mighty God..that's exactly what i told my fiancee too, like imagine how would we be like if we would have get married two months after we met, then God would have not grow us as much as He did so far, in faith , in patience and trust on him, but instead he chose this visa thing to teach us some elementary things about the Christian daily walk...After all, he could have chose another way to teach us all these and maybe that way would have been more painful...think about it... As oana31 said, God just expected a lil bit more faith in him coming from us so He can do His miracle...and it's so true... Yesterday i felt like watching again "Facing the giants" for like the 3rd time so far and there are so many new cool things i noticed in the movie...for us k1 appliers , the giants are the worries, the stress, the impatience, the longing, etc... and we need to face them, but not let them do their game, but making our own game, knowing we have the best COUCH... I dont know too much about football, cos im a european and i love soccer, but im sure the same idea goes for soccer too... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	JUNE 2008 K1 FILERS CSC ONLY!!	ok. let's say that i buy that with if I went to US previously it will gonna take longer for me to get the NOA2, but the thing is that i got an RFE on november 12 for just a simple empty box in which my fiancee should have write NONE, so she wrote NONE right away and sent it back while she was still at the post office...and they annouced us 8 days later they received the RFE...so since november 20 till now there are more than 2 weeks...on visajourney the lawayers here say that it should take us no more than 10 days to get NOA2...i think they are simply slow and just try and invent new excuses but such is life...God's plan is always perfect...no doubt, just sometimes is hard to look beyond what the eyes see.
