I'm sure the immigration officers knows how to write mailing addresses. So, they can also read mailing addresses. An A is a and a B is a b. There's no difference. The meaning gets across.

My hard copy NOA-1 arrived about 11 days after they received the petition at CSC.

Wow. Hmm....Thank you for that comment. I've only been waiting for about 10 days since I sent it out. I hope it arrives in the mail tomorrow, Monday. All K Visa are supposed to be sent to CSC. We're on the same boat.

I am a lot younger than you are, gamen. In fact, I can call you my grandfather. I have respect for elderly because of my culture, however, after hearing this it's very hard for me to accept. You do realize that when a woman don't show signs of guilt accepting money from you or show signs of suspicions after you offer to buy her something, you should begin to worry about the future.

Sometimes when a woman refuses money offer, they have in mind that you want something from them. That's instinctively understandable. Offering money to someone you know for awhile, and she refuse it would be a sign of guilt that she acquired either by hiding things from you or cheating on you. That's from experience. Not saying all woman are like that. I don't want to be attack by woman, especially on this forum!

Buying her a ring, giving her 1k dollars, and a 1200 dollar dress. She also got disappointed that you didn't buy her that dress. I hope that signaled a warning that she's not really into you. This is unfortunate indeed. A month past, and you have not receive Notice of Action document. Find out if the money order has been cashed. If not, and you still have the receipt, contact their customer service number and get a re-issue money order. If you don't have the receipt, then you will need to purchase another money order. I'm sorry. After, re-file if you must; but, use this website as your guide.

I can understand your frustrations, and about your fiance loosing hope. It's sad.

First, you need to find out if your fiance received NOA-1.
Second, no it should not take that long for NOA-1.
Third, my thought is a little unorganized while reading what problems you have.

My K-3 (LIFE ACT) is being processed at the Missouri Service Center. The average time for approval there is about 90 days last time I checked. Fast, isn't it?

This visa process isn't worth crying over. I had all honors in high school, and honors in the College of Engineering at the University with a double major in two related disciplines, Electrical and Computer. If this stuff is worth crying, then I would probably die at the college. :thumbs:

These immigrational officers are like politics too. You need to make them feel great. I think the more you put stress on them, the madder they get. I remember people working in customer service at Walmart, Lowes, Staples, OfficeMax, Best Buy, Circuit City are always stressed and they always want to screw up customers who gives them more stress. As a matter of fact, in college I worked for Best Buy and every time when a customers goes to customer service and complained the rep would rip the customer off even more. Not just our store that did it, all nearby stores that I know of operate similarly.

Don't get them mad, that's what I'm saying. I know you're mad about that outcome, but you need to be patient until the rep decides that you had enough of waiting and sincerely decides to take care of you nicely like they should.
