My bf sent only the form with the pay check last january this year and waiting for 7 months of nothing till a letter came from uscis which is the notice of intent to deny. After reading all the guides here,we hurried gathered all our missing documents that uscis needed. A week before deadline we sent the package and a few days later we got approved. Im waiting for my case number at this moment. Hoping it will come soon. So,urs it will be just fine soon. God is soooo good. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	After an intent to deny, uscis got papers	I am so happy my fiance sent on june 7 only the check and the form i-129f , nothinh else. I was waiting a deny. But on september 17 my fiance got a noid, uscis asked him for all the papers missed. He sent on october 10 his passport copy, form g325 , intent to marry letter, plane ticket, photos etc, all evidence. today i saw on uscis page that they got everry thing and that they are cheking. I hope every thing is going to be right. God has blessed us with the noid, because many people got a deny when send incomplete petition. I receieved a NoA2 yesterday(Nov. 16)in the mail as I'm trying to bring my fiance over from Honduras. It says that the petition has been approved and has been forwarded to the listed consulate. What am I supposed to do now? Do I call the embassy in Honduras(Tegucigalpa to be exact)and see if they received it? Is my fiance supposed to schedule the interview with them or are they supposed to call her for that? And what is my fiance supposed to bring to the interview(if anything)? What do I need to send her? Any help would be greatly appreciated for I'm currently stumped on what to do next :/ Now you have to wait that the petition status on uscis page change to : shipped If your status only says patition approved, they havent sent to nvc. When your status change to shipped on uscis wait 10 or 12 days to call nvc to get your case number. After you get your case number wait 5 or 6 and they send to embassy at honduras. God is powerfull, my fiance only sent the form i-129f and the check nothing else, everybody told that we would be denied and start the process again, but the sent my fiance a rfe asking for everythings he didnt send , he sent all inmediatelly and we were approved, now i am waiting my interview date here in DR. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I 129F Instructions! has anybody else been as stupid?:(	I did the exact same thing and even made the check out to the wrong department! It has been 2 weeks since they received my partial petition, I never received an NOA 1, they never cashed my check or contacted me with anything. I sent out a new I-129F but this time with all the information needed and also a check made out to the right department. I am worried because I sent out my second petition before they contacted me but I heard sometimes if you mess up as bad as I did they sometimes will not even contact you. Any information for me would be greatly appreciated. I plan on calling on Monday to let them know but I am worried that this is going to cause more problems than problems it will solve. Also I just filled out my first I-129F and I believe it was the actual USCIS website, once you click first steps to getting started all it says is send in the I-129F and a payment fee, it does not say anything about all the other documents.   thanks Dont be worried, if you sent a new patition to the right deparment they are going to send you your noa1 . Dont call them, you are going to know from them very soon. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I 129F Instructions! has anybody else been as stupid?:(	zooxahoy, if it makes you feel better i did the EXACT same thing and got the EXACT same response and also felt VERY stupid and ashamed of myself.   i also almost crapped my pants when I got the "Intent to Deny" letter and I'm currently scrambling to put together the evidence packet.  I also don't remember exactly what happened that I didn't realize the evidence went with the I-129F, but looking back on the official government instruction sheet now, I can see how it's an easy mistake to make, and I wasn't aware of VJ yet...   how'd it all turn out?  any tips for someone in the same place you were at 2 months ago?   Thanks and good luck! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I 129F Instructions! has anybody else been as stupid?:(	Hi everyone!  We are about to send our I-129F, maybe for someone it will be useful to know what kind of docs we will send as supportive to I-129F and G-325A (one mine and one of my fiance).     So our docs are: 1. His passport copy and birth certificate, military ID (as a proof he is american citizen) 2. His divorce decree. Basically he said he will send them all the IDs and other docs copies he has, for them not to have any doubts he is american      Proofs of relationship: 1. Boarding passes from his journey to me. 2. Photos where we together. (each photo dated and named place where it was taken) 3. Skype chats (i made in word and print screen where are shown dialogues and calls duration. Total 11 print screens and around 6 pages in word doc.).  4. Copy of package i was sending him to the US (hopefully he has it ) 5. Copy of train tickets (though they are not in english he just marks dates and explains what is that) 6. He shall send receipt from engagement ring.    Hope it will be enough, if someone has other ideas of what to add i will appreciate  and hope my tips help someone! I think you are complete. My fiance only sent the check and the form , and we ware lucky that they didnt deny. They asked him for the missing papers and forms. I understand you, did your fiance have the interview? Where is your fiance from? Do you have to be with your fiance at the interview? I am from dominican republic and many people here have made many fraud to go usa so now here is mandatory that for the interview both fiance have to be present for the interview.
